Efficient, knowledgeable and good customer service.

We had the pleasure of working with Doug from East Coast Appliances this week. He replaced our cooker. Doug did a fantastic job, tackling some unexpected hurdles with ease. He was professional, friendly, did an excellent job and was very competitive on price. We'll certainly be using Doug for all our electrical needs in the future.

Had Douglas out today to repair an oven. He was extremely helpful and took no time to repair the problem. Took time to explain the problem and what he was doing the whole time he was here. Was a pleasure to talk to and felt extremely satisfied with the service.

Great service from star to finish, he arrived on time, was really pleasant and easy to deal with and fixed our range cooker quickly by replacing 3 elements. Everything is working perfectly again. He also took our old parts away, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Sorted the oven seal problem on the first visit. Unfortunately the seal cracked a further two times. But they continued to source a better seal and fixed it at no extra cost.
Thank you for your perseverance , keeping me informed and so far, it’s mended !

The booking was made quickly and efficiently after I had got in touch and communication was great throughout. Everything was fixed and working again within no time!

These guys are amazing!! Add them to your phone contacts to save time!
Despite being booked solid they fitted me in and arrived bang on time, 7am the following day (ouch! 😂).
They were super efficient and extremely careful when removing the fully integrated appliance (kick boards had to come off etc). Machine was fixed and spinning again within 30mins of their arrival, everything put back, clean and tidy.
Couldn’t fault them, very happy. Thanks guys 🫶

Called Eastcoast appliance as my washing machine had developed a leak. Booked me for their earliest date, gave me a message to say they were on their way. Quickly and efficiently solved the problem, showed me what to do if it happened again.

I called East Coast Appliances on Monday wanting a repair on my faulty Samsung washing machine. Tyler come round Tuesday morning and was able to fix my machine with no problems at a good price. Excellent, quick & professional service 👏
