I have been so happy with my smoker. I bought my first a year ago and love it. Sadly it stopped working and I contacted East Oak. They asked for some info and picture and then they sent me a new one to replace it. No Hassel and got it in about a week. While this was going on I was sent info on the new smoker, the Pitmaster, and I ordered one for myself and one for my daughter. I just got the Pitmaster and have done 2 smoking's so far and love it too. Excellent customer service, quick replies, no hassle replacement. I am happy.

I purchased a patio heater and contacted EastOak regarding a warranty issue. They resolved the issue quickly and were wonderful to deal with. This is a great company and I would not hesitate to purchase more items from them.

We love our East Oak 50k propane heater and have owned it for 2 years. In the fall and winter months we run this daily on our deck so we can still enjoy the outdoors while keeping warm! Customer service is as amazing as their product! Would definitely recommend

My 30 inch Sliver was delivered . It was packed extremely well and arrived in perfection condition.
Very easy to assemble and I LOVE IT.

East Oak responded to our issue promptly, evaluated the problem, and issued a full replacement for our 30‑inch smoker. As I was assembling the unit, I noticed how well‑built the materials were and how easily everything went together. The replacement is working great, and I 100% recommend East Oak for both their product quality and their customer service.

Ordered a stainless steel patio heater from
East Oak. Patio heater went together easy. After I used it a couple the heater would not light. I contacted East Oak and they promptly sent a new burner top to me. I installed and the heater works perfectly. Great Service!

I bought a deck box from East Oak and due to exposure from salt water the latch rusted. I was just outside my warranty but the company representative was so very helpful and shipped me a replacement part. He even followed up to make sure the package was received. In the age of AI it's so very nice to speak to someone who is so very helpful!

I ordered a 21 inch firepit through Amazon and the included poker was missing. I contacted East Oak and they sent me the poker right away and were so accomodating. Looking forward to fall fires with family and friends and the ease of knowing East Oak has my back.

I was given a propane tower heater as a gift. The directions were easy to put the heat tower together, although the wheels are upside down and don’t function. Husband error…
The tower was great but after changing the tank to a new one, the tower wouldn’t start. I tried everything. I contacted customer service. They were very quick to get back to me and offered a few videos to try to start the heater. They followed up with me about their suggestions. Nothing worked. I contacted them again sending photos of the tower and serial number and the quickly sent out a new part (2 days later) we installed the new part and it works great! They followed up to make sure all was good and if they could do anything else.
Great customer service! And we are very happy with the tower. Gives off a lot of heat and is very cool to look at.

I had an issue with my heater and it would not light. I reached out to East Oak and they responded within 24 hours with suggestions to troubleshoot. They sent me a replacement part and my heater was back working within a couple of days. The customer service and follow-up was amazing. Great company and great product.

Eastoak's Customer service is the BEST! Somehow the ignition on my patio heater became deflective and refused to ignite the burner, eventually the button failed and I resorted to using a long match to ignite. I contacted Eastoak's customer service to inquire about a replacement part and was told that part was out of stock but that they would contact me when available. I fully expected to never hear back from them.
You can imagine my surprise when approximately month or so later I received an email from them saying that they were shipping the part. Not just the igniter button but the entire burner unit. Unbelievable, problem solved!
Best customer service from this type of business I've ever had! I highly recommend them and they've earned my business going forward.

From the start our experience has been awesome. The shipment was quick and the smoker came well packed. The instructions were easy to understand and putting it together was a breeze. We seasoned it up and have used it every weekend. The smoker holds temps just right and the smoke amount is great! Clean up is easy thanks to the design and much appreciated. As a side note, we did have a missing grate and the team responded quickly and sent out a replacement with no issues! We appreciate the great customer service and speedy help!

Bought an outdoor gas heater last season which I installed this season. It wouldn’t turn on. Called customer service and within 24 hours, they send me videos and instruction on how to trouble shoot. Unfortunately did not work so I responded to the email stating that and they immediately responded that they were sending me a new burner assembly which arrived in less than a week. Took me half an hour to install and worked like a charm.

The smoker is exactly what I was looking for. Had an issue with the controller and they were Johnny on the spot about taking care of the issue.... VERY pleased with the customer service I received!!! Hard to find that nowadays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EASTOAK!!!!!

Just got and used my smoker last night. The directions and recipes were so easy to follow. Started with a small brisket and with zero experience had pretty stellar first go. Timer and settings were easy to work and it’s practically entirely set up upon delivery.

What can I say, Eastoak’s customer service is amazing. I had ordered a thermometer from them and FedEx lost the package. Contacted customer service. They understood the frustration and sent me a replacement package. Since last time it was FedEx’s issue, they want to make sure that I get the package, they sent it through UPS. That’s great customer service.

Our first experience with East Oak was with their outdoor garbage can. We purchased it in August of 2025 and it look great in our backyard and more importantly it contained the smells associated with refuse from having a BBQ. In August 2026, a little bit over a year after purchase, I needed to get a replacement lid. I was told unfortunately that model was discontinued so they did not have any parts but they offered to send me a full garbage can of their newest model if I paid shipping. I was just outside of my warranty period so this was not mandatory, which is not the level of customer service you experience everywhere today. They shipped it out the next day and it arrived before our big summer party. The new garbage can is even better and you can tell they work to improve their products a great deal with every iteration. I will be getting as much of what I need through them going forward, highly suggest others to do the same.
