Loft insulation installation
The installation team came slightly earlier than expected but waited until we were ready. They were very cheerful, polite and efficient and worked without a break until the work was done. They moved items in the loft as necessary and replaced them in better positions before they left. They tidied up cleanly and I was able to see what they had done. Any questions I had were answered clearly. I shall find out how effective the insulation is once the colder weather comes in. Great team, highly recommended and also great support from the head office.

Professional and efficient service
Got a call out the blue regarding loft insulation. Couldn’t have come at a better time as I was thinking about it anyway. The same afternoon a young man named Jamie visited to check the state of my loft. Jamie was very professional and surveyed the loft space and presented me with advice and a quote. I agreed for the work to be carried out and it’s arranged for Friday. Very professional and courteous service from Jamie.

A lovely young man named James..
A lovely young man named James came to do our survey. He was very chatty and professional and explained everything he would do before doing it. He made me feel very well informed.
When he came back down from the loft he gave his recommendation and explained why he came to that conclusion which I totally agree with. Unfortunately I cannot afford the services he recommended, but he never made me feel pressured and actually tried to help me out with the cost off his own back which was very kind of him.
I will definitely come back to this company when I have the money do get the easy quilt installed.

Very easy process
Very easy process. James came to measure and explain exactly what the process entailed. He was very polite and friendly.
Insulation was carried out quickly and efficiently and looks to be a good, professional job. Attic was cleared out by the company. I believe they will also do a follow up visit in a few months’ time.
I was given several days to allow me to do a good clear out. There was no pressure to have the job done quickly and no pressure to pay before I was ready for a lot less stuff to go back in the attic, whereupon another nice young lad came along to do just that in a very efficient manner.
I would deal happily with this company again and would recommend them.
