Great communication, blinds arrived quickly and very easy installation. Very happy and will not hesitate to use again

After looking around for shutters for 2 bay windows and 1 patio door we came across Easy 123 Blinds.

In such a competitive market it is hard to decide on one supplier but are we glad we picked Easy 123 Blinds.

From the start the process was easy and Ben was at the end of a whatsapp chat (pretty much instant response too) to guide us through the measuring process - which to be honest is really simple anyway.

One thing that impressed me was Ben suggested some minor adjustments to our measurements based upon experience so the blinds would fit even better to our windows. We took him up on his suggestions and can confirm the shutters are an absolute perfect fit for all our windows and doors.

Ben also went above and beyond good service by sending us both the 20mm and 22mm clips so we could pick the ones that fitted the best - for our 21mm deep window bead we used 20mm ones.

Its really quite refreshing to find a company that has great quality products and great support - you normally compromise one over the other.

The cost was not more than any other supplier and the packaging on arrival was perfect - everything multiple layers of bubble wrap so zero chance of any damage in transit.

What more can I say other than a huge, well earned, THANK YOU Ben and all at Easy 123 Blinds.

The whole ordering process was easy, and it wasn’t something I thought I could do. But the measuring guides are simple to use. And it’s easy to get someone to talk to too, which hardly ever happens these days.

My order turned up within a week. The product was well packaged & really good quality.

I love how my windows now look.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone & if I want more blinds for other rooms in my house I’ll be using these guys again.

The service was impeccable. From the first phone call. All of my queries were answered. The video on the website helped immensely with the measuring plus the team put my mind at rest.

We wanted the perfect fit shutters for our new home. We spoke to a couple of other companies who saide we couldn't due to the style of the windows.
I then went to instant fit shutters and got connected through WhatsApp with Joseph.

He got me to send some photos and came back with yes they can. To be sure that we liked them which we were sure we would, Joseph even arranged that just one panel be sent so we could fit it and be sure. Mainly due to our beading being thin and IFS providing some shimmers to give the extra depth needed.

Hasten to say that they looked fantastic so went ahead with the full order.
One of the panels arrived which had a defect on it, and two panels didn't arrive at all. Normally this would be a red flag but Joseph was on it and got it sorted and a couple of days later the replacements all arrived.

The blinds look great and no rattling when the windows are open like you get with blinds.

All in all we are very pleased with quality, the competitive pricing, and the customer service. A big thank you to Joseph who dealt with it from start to finish.
