Totally impressed with the whole process with the recent purchase of our new vehicle. Took a vehicle for a test drive yesterday agreed with Shiv at Manukau to buy it subject to them being able to get the stains off seats, and a couple of other minor issues, did all finance documentation, had it approved, left it with them only to get a phone call later that night to say sorry its sold. What do you mean its sold? Someone brought it online just now and paid a deposit. I said I'agreed to buy it today and have finance approved. Said he would need to talk to his manager and come back to me. By this morning still no response, went to another of their dealerships to look at a similar vehicle to see if there are more options. Leon served me at Grey Lyn one and was very accommodating and looked on line said the other one has definetely been sold. I was furious hasnt even had the decency to message or phone me, it should have been his top priority today. At 8.30am today he said he was going to work at 9.30am. And now at 11.30am when I send him a message saying you have no common decency to even follow up I get a message saying my son is sick I was dealing with him and havent gone into work yet. Then another message saying that another customer paid a deposit on line last night and it should have deleted the listing off line so was a technical glitch! I said full payment trumps a deposit especially as I was in store! Told them to forget it I'll shop elsewhere. Not impressed at all. I even spoke with the manager yesterday and she approved the work to be done on the vehicle. Clearly they are going with the deposit paid with as little work to do to the vehicle as required. Won't be dealing with them in the future. If you have a choice go to the Grey Lynn branch as Leon will go out of his away to help you.

Justin Shun made my life easy when shopping online and coming across the exact SUV that we required they had in stock. We had few calls back and forth before I purchased the car without even seeing it face to face. Car was transported down to the Naki within 3 x working days which saved myself and the family travelling north. Very happy dealing with Justin and will deal with him again if we require another car in the future. EasyAuto123 even supplied 3rd party check of the car which again saved me the cost of getting the car checked prior to purchase which a lot of dealers don't do....happy days!

I highly rate this car yard, I had a n awesome guy called Chris help me he went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible for me really appreciate the service that was given to me. Emma who was dealing with the finalization of sale was also amazing and helpful, she asked if I needed offered a loan car, when I asked how much that would cost she said its complimentary at no cost. This was a life saver as I didn't know how I was going to get to work😊. My whole experience from the beginning to end was very good, I highly recommend this yard as well as Emma and Chris, thanks for your help and thesmooth process if buying my new car.

All the staff was helpful and I got a good trade in price for my car and got a new one that was perfect I will go back any time.

I had bought a Mercedes from Easy Auto Wairau Valley in 2022. They sold us a PPF for the car for paint protection. By 2024, the bubbles started coming up in front of the bonet. I contacted them several times with no luck. It is disappointing that they don’t follow through what they sell you at the start.

Shiv and Darron were amazing. We drove 5 hours from the Hawkes Bay and they made sure we left with an amazing car. Would highly recommend.

Listings are clear, decent photos, and finance info is explained without too much jargon. The process felt organised, and I didn’t feel pressured. Not a massive selection in every category, but overall a smooth experience

I purchased a 2021 Ford Escape PHEV from Easy Auto 123 in December 2024. The salesman told me the vehicle came with a discounted Premium servicing rate that was transferable to any Ford dealer nationwide. This was not true.

Between May and September 2025, my vehicle failed to start 5 times, requiring AA roadside assistance each time. My family was stranded on multiple occasions.

I filed a formal complaint with Ford. I received an acknowledgment but no substantive response addressing my concerns still to this day.

I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. Ensure all promises and commitments are documented in writing.

I had excellent customer service from Chris who sold me my Toyota and Eric was very helpful. The coffee and cookies were an added bonus after travelling a fair distance which i appreciated. I would highly recommend if considering purchasing a high quality vehicle as i now have. Thanks again team!
