The customer service is slow, and abruptly end the convo with templated msg without fully answering my question. HORRIBLE.
The withdrawal fee from the wallet is 5.5% for my case, and it will take 1-2 months. RIDICULOUS.

DO NOT BOTHER TO BUY THE TIX!!!!
Bought tix to Transtars. Paid S$36 for 3.25pm departure at Grantrall. One hr later rcvd text stating departure timing changed to 12.30pm (to which I’m still at the office). Asked for refund tt Wil take 3-4weeks.
Hence I booked Billionstars (apparently found out later that it is linked to Transtars. Paid S$55 also at 3.25pm.
Waited til 4pm bus no-show. Contact nobody pick up. They can burn their chat-bot too.
Went to the Easybook office and staff is so unhelpful. Just throw the answer they only assisting in booking.
And the bus was cancelled apparently. without informing me.
I bought the tix one day prior to departure.
When I purchased the tix online, was shown on seat map left with only abt 6 seats. Wonder what happened to the rest.
I stood with annoyance whilst insisting Easybook staff to get Billion to contact me. Which took almost 1hr.
The staff on the phone just said sorry. But totally unacceptable.
PLS DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.
Reviews were bad but I had no choice as it was a last min urgent I hv to travel to KL.
Ended up I bought from OneTours the next available bus at 6.30pm.
What a waste of time.
Just hope the refund will be timely.
I can only submit this review after clicking on the 1 star. To which I refused to even give any.
To those who’s reading this review, do not take your chances with this company.

While I acknowledge your explanation regarding a system glitch and backlog of enquiries, your reply does not address the substance of my complaint.
My issue is specific and straightforward:
I purchased a RM200 Easybook voucher.
The voucher does not appear on the payment page.
As a result, it is not redeemable.
Your response does not confirm:
1. Whether my RM200 voucher is affected by this system issue.
2. Whether the voucher is currently usable.
3. What concrete remedy will be provided — refund or replacement.
4. A clear timeline for resolution.
An apology for delayed response, without addressing the actual consumer loss, does not constitute a resolution.
I am requesting a clear, case-specific response addressing the above points. Until then, the matter remains unresolved.
I am writing to caution others about this company, which provided the worst travel service I have ever experienced. Their incompetence directly cost me money during the peak Chinese New Year travel period.
Here’s what happened:
I booked and paid for a bus ticket, specifically purchasing a "QR pass."
After payment, they informed me they could not issue the QR pass.
I was then forced to wait 14 days for a refund, during which time bus ticket prices for CNY were rising daily.
Instead of a simple refund, their account department cancelled my entire trip and refunded the original amount.
As a direct result, I had to rebook the same journey with another company at a significantly higher price due to the last-minute, peak-season booking.
Their customer service was agonizingly slow at every step ("donkey years to reply"). This company failed at their core service, failed in customer support, and their final action (cancelling the trip) compounded the problem. They should compensate me for the price difference I now have to pay. Avoid at all costs, especially during critical travel times.

Billion star changed to Alibaba bus. Ticket at 2.30pm but bus arrived at 3pm.
The second bus driver ask me when I was eating 'amboi makan nasi dalam bus, jaga jaga jangan bagi tumpah' I was like EXCUSE ME. is that anyone could not eat in the bus or what's the hell is happening. IM NOT A KID LA MAN. But later on he also eating rice inside the bus. Moreover I saw many COCKROACH downstairs back seat of the bus. Let the bus keep clean then can voice out to the passenger.
Worst bus ever not even eligible for one star.

Easybook is the worst platform to book a bus ticket to Genting. Once you make the payment, you are not allowed to amend the mistake. Example we make the booking and accidentally book 6am instead of 925am. We try to make amend on the app but it does not allow. I have been communicating to the agent for 3days. I have being push to bus vendors. Call 707 and ridewell , advise to check with Easybook.
Just a Simple request to change my ticket timing. The request was not make 24hrs later is immediate and they can’t even make a simple request.
The agents is not approachable and use standard template to reply you. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered for booking an overseas trip.
If they want to charge admin fee, let me know. I willing to pay but they don’t provide any solution
The most lousy app and support. Will not use the app again.

Always an unpleaseant experience. Every ride i will need to wait at least 45min for the bus. The bus NEVER on time. Im not sure if they waiting for the bus to be full. Never trust the timing of the buses. Everytime my experience was really bad

Terrible system, double standard.
One of the reasons I still use this terrible service is that it includes the check-in QR code on the terminal I depart from . This round I found the QR code no longer included, and I required to pay extra fees just to check in?
Apart from this, the bus operator had insufficient passengers, hence they cancelled the bus and reschedule to another time, which make very inconvenience to me. I complain this to easybook, and they didn't bother to do any compensation.

i feel like 1 star is definitely too much. I bought tickets Johor Bahru-Stevens Singapore, while everything went smooth in Malaysia, it took me forever to clear the immigration in Singapore side and the driver LEFT US! so we had to take another public bus. What a service

Difficult to deal with. 1 star is still too high Zero stars would be appropriate. Their customer service is non exist. Wouldn't waste time using easy book. Customer service will only email you back with some lame reply and say they are sorry for having a frustrating experience. Doesn't solve a single thing. AVOID Easybook. Easy book and difficult to deal with.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding your misleading advertising and unfair business practices related to my voucher purchases. Please review my full purchase history carefully.
On 24 April 2025 at 10:48 AM, I purchased a voucher and redeemed a trip to Singapore with SUPERNICE (Booking No: ILMAEGCL). At that time, SUPERNICE was clearly listed as a participating transport operator, and it was the only operator departing from Penang (Sg Nibong). This was the sole reason I made the purchase.
On 25 April 2025 at around 7:00 AM, I purchased another RM210 voucher. The website still showed SUPERNICE as part of the participating operator list. Since I had just redeemed a trip with SUPERNICE the day before, there was no reason to doubt the validity of this information. My main reason for purchasing the RM210 voucher was to redeem when I came back from Singapore on 26 April 2025 but I was informed that the voucher could only be used for the Penang–Singapore route (not Singapore–Penang) and that it remained valid for two years from the purchase date..
On 7 October 2025, when I finally attempted to use the RM210 voucher, I discovered that SUPERNICE had been removed from the list of participating operators — without any prior notice. I was then informed that no refund would be issued.
This is unacceptable. At the time of purchase, SUPERNICE was clearly promoted as a participating operator. Now that it has been removed, through no fault of mine, the voucher has become effectively unusable for its intended purpose, those other participating operator was not depart from penang sg nibong, pls tell me how to use in future?
This constitutes misleading advertising and unfair terms, which are in direct violation of basic consumer rights. I purchased these vouchers based on the information provided on your platform. You cannot retroactively change the terms and then refuse a refund.

This is absolutely not the right travel partner to trust. Due to a system glitch while booking, the price and date suddenly changed during checkout, and I ended up with the wrong date. As a result, instead of traveling on my intended date, the system forced another one. I didn’t take that bus because it was never the date I wanted.
The worst part? This wasn’t just my loss – 7 of my friends were affected as well. We lost the entire amount. When I reported the issue to customer service, they coldly stated nothing could be done because of their “new policy.” That so-called policy seems designed only to generate instant profit for the company, while customers lose money in minutes.
They told me reschedules must be done 3 days in advance – but how is that even possible when the booking was for the same day I purchased, late at night? I wasn’t trying to change last-minute; the system literally gave me the wrong date at the time of purchase.
Refusing a refund or even a simple reschedule is not customer service – it’s robbery. This company clearly has no interest in fairness or customer satisfaction. I strongly warn others: avoid this travel provider unless you’re ready to risk losing your money to their faulty system and unfair policies.
Update: I still cannot reschedule my slot and received the same response — that I need to reschedule at least 3 days in advance. At this point, I feel like I need a time machine to go back 3 days before my purchase date just to make the change. Very frustrating experience.

Please do not book any travel using the easybook app. I paid for a one way journey ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore but was not issued a confirmation ticket. Hence I couldn't board the scheduled bus. The ticketing agents were not at all helpful. Please petition to shut this app down permanently.
