Very grateful to James and his wife who did a sterling job clearing my Mum’s house on the hottest day of the year! They were so friendly and helpful as they worked seamlessly through the mountain of furniture and general clutter. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

James provided an excellent service for us. We did not need a house clearance but the removal of a number of large pieces of furniture. James was very happy to oblige and was happy to fit around our timescale. We would certainly recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

James was extremely professional and efficient from beginning to end as he cleared my dad's home in Goring after my dad had to go into a home. He was always very friendly and pleasant to deal with, always keeping me informed and responded to any questions I had in double quick time. My dad's home was cleared and cleaned as well as I could have hoped for. I have no hesitation in recommending James's company.

James was thoughtful polite and understanding throughout he fitted around us going away clearing a lot on his own one day and the rest when we were away there was nothing he wouldn't clear which made it easier following mum's passing and dad going into a home.. Highly reccomend

James, the owner, responded very quickly to my request for a quote unlike several other companies I contacted.

He did an excellent job both clearing the house and cleaning up afterwards so the house was left in a very clean and tidy condition.

Mr James Jackson, cleared my sister's flat in Worthing, and as I live in France, I was able to depend on him entirely. He kept me updated, and resolved a tricky problem which arose with diplomacy and tact. He was always pleasant and helpful, and most importantly available to talk to when I phoned. We decided to use Easy Clearance Sussex after reading the excellent reviews on line and we weren't disappointed. James is a friendly, sensitive, polite and helpful young man. He met with us at very short notice and gave us a very reasonable quote which he stuck to inspite of a few changes. He and his team cleared my mother in law's house, efficiently, leaving it tidy and clean. He transported the pieces of furniture and garden items we had chosen to keep to our house. What a delight James and his Wife were in clearing my late Aunt's property. They couldn't have been more helpful and a great fast service. Would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the service we got from this firm. James responded quickly to our request for a quote and he was professional and understanding when we explained exactly what we wanted. He really put our minds at rest, and we were able to leave the house and garage clearance in his hands whilst we returned to out home 150 miles away.
We have now received the photos of the cleared areas and are absolutely delighted with the results. Absolutely first class work. I have no reservations at all about giving him five stars and recommending his firm.

James arrived punctually to quote for the job of clearing my mothers top floor maisonette about 6 weeks ago. We got a couple of quotes. James was the best value so we decided to go with his company. He had to wait to carry out the job as we had to remove a lodger.
As I am not local to Worthing I arranged for James to liaise with the local estate agent who will be selling the property to collect the keys and start the clearance. The property was cleared over a couple of days. James did uncover a loft space which had stored items which we were unaware of at the time of the original quote. He contacted us to advise us that it would incur an extra cost which we were happy to agree to.
James finished by sending us photos of the cleared property. We were very impressed with the job.
