Its scam website. It doesnt even are an real wallet. Its all ilusion. Moderator has power to change your balance easily. Block your withdraws. Freeze your account. Super super scam! Do not put your money there. Isnt real. Only numbers showed on an screen and not an real website for trade or use for money.

I've been using Easy Exchange for a number of years to transfer funds to family in South Africa on a monthly basis. I have always found the service to be excellent, but I had a few issues with my most recent transfer. Only in the sense that I was notified 7 days after the initial transfer was made, that there was a delay due to how transfers are being allowed. Rules and so forth were being reviewed and thus, the delay. Though I was happy to wait a while, it was a little frustrating/worrying as there was no notification/update about this delay on the Easy Exchange website, and though they did email me after the transfer was made to make me aware, and responded to all my email queries and offered to make a refund if I preferred, they were unable to provide any real answers, as to how long the delay would last etc. I understand that it was a difficult time for all concerned, but it would be useful to customers to perhaps be made aware of future or possible delays like this in advance somehow, by making a clear note on the website, it just means that we are able to work out, in advance how we feel comfortable to proceed. But otherwise, I think it's a great service.

I'm very impressed by how quick the transfer takes with absolutely no hassles.

But more important, is having someone who responds to ones emails within an hour and the problem is solved. That one doesn’t find around these days. Cannot fault easy exchange - a pleasure to do business with.

Simple to follow instructions and we are also able to send smaller amounts than other similar sites like TorFX. This is especially advantageous for those on lower incomes to send gifts to family and friends abroad.

Great , efficient service on this occasion! Could do slightly better on the rates though.

However I am delighted to say that my most recent transaction was completed in record time with the swiftness and efficiency that I have previously experienced with Easy Exchange

The service provided is reliable and trustworthy and transfer don't take ages. The website is very user friendly. It would be awesome if you had an application to download on your phone.
