Ordered 4 sealed units which were delivered on time and exactly as I ordered. Sadly although their website quoted £54. + vat for delivery I was charged £83+ vat. I queried this difference and was told due to the fuel cost it had just gone up. But after receiving my order their website was still showing £54. Sent them an email to ask to refund me the difference but had no reply.

Ordered two small double glazed units good quality delivered in approximately 3 weeks by the company. Excellent job very pleased thanks totally positive experience 10/10 would use again

Absolutely not trusfull.
I order window glass.
From beginning everything looks perfect. Customer service briliant. Problem start when they actually send glass by courier. Never arrived, mamy complain.
After all I claim refound and never received. Call after call, many email and nothing. Only they promise they will refound all very soon.
Now just past a year since that and still nothing. More than that, they start to avoid me.
Well worning! Do not trust them.

Brilliant service and absolutely top rate products.
Could not be more helpful.
Thank you once again from a returning customer, who will be back for more units next year.

Website was good with plenty of options for the DG unit I wanted for an internal garage door. I got good help and advice from the company by phone also.
The first unit I received via Evri was unfortunately broken by the courier; they normally use their own delivery guy but their van was being repaired.
Without quibble they made and sent out a replacement; I have fitted this and it looks great.

First class, I cannot fault their service. Jonathan helped tremendously. Going to use this company for the rest of the window units I need for the house. Would highly recommended.

I've had a great experience all around. Super friendly and helpful advice on lots of different issues when calling on the phone. Has been easy to get hold of someone on the phone. And I've had quick responses to all my various emails. The replacement double glazing units arrived in good time at a significantly lower cost that what I was quoted by local glaziers. They arrived this week and look in good condition. Can't say about durability as they're not installed yet. But so far very happy with everything. Thank you.

Bought replacement glazing units. Website very good with lots of options so we got exactly the right size and gap, colourway etc. Very good price. After reading poor reviews we were very concerned however when we emailed, we got prompt replies from Jonathon. The glass was delivered on time and in good condition, would use again.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Took about 5 weeks to receive a very basic order. One of the panes broke in transit and someone called me and they agree to refund me for that one so I can get on with the build. A couple of weeks pass and I notice I haven't received the refund, I start trying to contact them but calls go unreturned, & emails unanswered.

I was about to order 3 units today. But having read the reviews, i wont be proceeding.
The first good review was by a company boss or employee.

Avoid this lot like the plague !
If they were not already in trouble I would be taking them to court.

I had to leave a review due to the excellent service I received. I ordered five double glazed sealed units from Easy Fit. Three weeks later they were delivered to my door. The communication was very good, the delivery was friendly, helpful and prompt. The units appear excellent quality and are now fitted. The whole experience was better than expected and I have no reservations about using Easy Fit in the future.
