Excellent customer service! My 3-way tap was leaking from the top. After speaking with a team member and emailing photos, they responded very promptly. The replacement washer arrived within days. Highly recommend!

Product great but advert needs clarification
Product is great but your advert needs some clarification. Purchased what I thought was 20 nossels (Gardena 8320-20 Spray Nozzles) for £14.29 which is more than 50% more than any other advert for just 10 nozzels so I assumed the -20 meant there were 20 nozzels. Very expensive for just 10 nozzels. My expensive mistake.
