Dear Sirs,

This is a formal complaint against Easy Global Visa for providing fraudulent services, submitting fake supporting documents, and charging us twice for visa applications.

I, along with two friends, applied for a Schengen visa through your company. We paid £180 per person (total £540) for your full service, which included preparing and submitting supporting documents. We submitted our original passports and genuine bank statements, trusting you to handle the rest.

What went wrong:

1. Fake documents submitted – The embassy refused our visas because the supporting documents you submitted on our behalf were fake. We had no knowledge of this.
2. Double payment – The embassy confirmed that no visa fee was paid by you. We had to pay the fee again directly to the embassy, meaning we paid twice.
3. No accountability – We have called your representative Ryan daily. He is dismissive, unhelpful, and refuses to take responsibility. Your company is “taking the piss,” as you say in plain English.

Conclusion:
Your so-called visa service is nonsense. The positive reviews online appear to be faked by your own team. We warn all potential customers: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We are sending copies of this letter to all relevant embassies, consumer protection authorities, and posting it publicly.

Demand:
We demand an immediate full refund of £540 plus compensation for the double payment and emotional distress caused by the visa refusals.

Legal action will follow if no response is received within 7 days.
