Missing Items but staff are very helpful
I've ordered 6-pack ink and only received 4 packs. I rang and told Rob about this issue and he dealt it very efficiently. I received the other 2 pack after a few day. Overall great customer service. I would recommend this company.

Great help & Service as always
Great help & Service as always. I filled in my question about my printer to the chat box online. I was told that it was toner I need for my printer. I clicked on the link and ordered the correct toner. It was delivered next day and I installed it and was using it straight away!

Excellent value and prompt delivery
It is excellent value for money. Delivery is always on time. We had a small problem with one of the items we ordered and it was replaced immediately and delivered to us promptly. Great service.
