I have recently had cause to interact with Joanna masters regarding a property for my daughter. I can’t speak highly enough about the way she interacted with us. She stated she was new in her role but having dealt with numerous other estate agents she certainly put all others to shame. She called when she said she would and gave all the information we needed. Excellent service from Richard Ayres, genuine, honest and straightforward, nothing too much trouble. Arrived for initial valuation with all local info printed for me. Advised me well as regards pricing and if I had a query did everything possible to help. I would say that Richard went over and above in every aspect keeping me informed at every stage. We have to give Andy 5 stars, reason being is because he is very professional. We viewed a property with him & he was very knowledgeable about the property & the area. Being an ex estate agent myself, I have to say that I was dubious about dealing with an 'online agent'. Andy is very pro active with following up for feedback, which is very important for a seller. Also, he is interested in the purchaser's needs & wants. This is really important, reason being is because if Andy does not have the property for you listed, I am sure he could source a property from your requirements as he has good local knowledge & contacts.

After working with a "traditional" high street estate agent and being disappointed with the service and advice I received & my Home not being sold after 3 months I turned to alternative options.

After speaking to Richard Ayres I felt confident to sign up with easyProperty. I’ve always been cynical about estate agents.

A friend recommended Laura from easy property. She contacted me and arranged to meet me at the property I was selling.

From start to finish Laura was professional, invested, time bound and understanding. I could contact her at unsocial hours due to my work commitments and nothing was too much trouble.
