Demanded More Money
Please heed the warnings and avoid this moving service at all costs as they exhibit predatory behavior.
I strongly advise against using this moving service. Initially quoted $900 for a 33-mile move, the movers demanded an additional $600 once my belongings were on the truck, refusing to unload until I paid the extra amount.
Attempts to speak with a supervisor were ignored, showcasing their blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, Dimitri, the driver, became very disrespectful and aggressive, and as an older individual, I was taken aback by his level of disrespect. When I called to speak with someone, the phone rang repeatedly, and they never returned my call.
This company is a scam; their positive reviews are likely fabricated. They are dishonest and not reputable.

Mrs Rojas, sorry that you felt that way and we do not have intention to take advantage of people but we also moved almost double more items of what you told us over the phone. You had non-binding contract with us.
Consumer reported 83 items to be moved when signing the hourly based estimate. Consumer shipped 160 items on the day of the move. We did our best to save time and resulted in working only 2.5 hrs of extra labor and moving 160 items instead of 83.This way the labor took 6.5hrs instead of 4 which is a great performance considering the amount of items we moved and the long walk we had at the storage facility. Total price for labor increased from $942.00 to $1387.50. Consumer was offered additional discount of $185.00 which they still have not answered if they are willing to accept or not.
Additionally consumer and here daughter Maria started kicking movers blankets and telling the movers that they will send them to hell. Maria got really close to the driver's face and told him "be carful I am ferocious" .
At this point Dimitri asked the consumers to be respectful and probably that's what they mean by being "aggressive"
