Avoid! Not great quality at all! Received wardrobe with wrong doors. Impossible to make a contact. They do not respond for emails, they don't answer the phone. Absolutely crap company!!!

I ordered 2 wardrobes from this company.
I only received communication from them when I threatened to raise a dispute with PayPal for a refund. The refund has been processed but I’ve never received the money. It’s showing as pending,
They never answer the phone. They are a complete waste of space!!!!

Fast Delivery , and very happy with my wardrobe

I’ve had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a wardrobe which was delivered with the wrong doors. I contacted the seller who offered me £20 refund to keep them. He also said he could order the correct doors but it would take several weeks. I confirmed I’d like the correct doors and he then stopped communicating with me. I purchased through PayPal so contacted them who advised that they’d found in my favour but that their policy is that I’d have to return the item at my expense for a refund. I explained that it was a very large and heavy item but they reiterated that their policy is for the buyer to return the item. They advised I could contact trading standards which I have and they are helping but not resolved yet. Extremely disappointed with this company and PayPal. They are still advertising the wardrobe I ordered!

Absolute nightmare I had to keep calling and emailing regarding delivery wasn’t until I opened a PayPal case that I got a response deliver finally came I paid extra for led lights this wasn’t sent emailed them awaiting response

Wardrobe was good quality but customer service absolutely shocking

Ordered two wardrobes direct from the website. The delivery was within a week and arrived on the advised day and time. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and lifted the boxes into the house. Also waited while I checked the mirrors for damage. Putting the wardrobes together does take time and without the YouTube videos we would have struggled but now they are up the time taken was well worth it! Great price too!

Ordered a wardrobe from this company. Firstly, they don’t give you any idea as to when delivery will be made but then expect you to drop everything when they give you 24 hours notice.
Wardrobe arrived and we watched the video and read the instructions before we put it together.
Upon putting the bottom part together, we gently tapped in the dowels but when we turned it over, the dowels had knocked through and caused damage to the bottom shelf.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t in a position to wait as it was a bank holiday weekend, we’d just moved house and we needed to put the wardrobe together so we cracked on with it.
Unfortunately, the damage is still visible even when it’s completely put together. I contacted easysofasandwardrobes to explain the problem and asked for a partial refund given the issues we’d had. However, they’ve offered me £30 and told me it was down to builder error although I followed the instructions to the letter.
I certainly won’t be using them again
