My experience with EasyStorage has been nothing short of disgraceful. After discovering that several of my belongings — including a brand‑new mattress — were covered in mould due to their storage conditions, I made multiple phone calls and sent repeated emails to both the main info@ mailbox and the site manager, put through countless amounts of enquiries on their website (Eve Morgan) and every attempt to get help was ignored.
The site manager, Graham, has refused to respond to any communication. When I raised an official complaint with EasyStorage about both the damage and his lack of response, they claimed it would be escalated. Instead, they sent the complaint straight back to him — the very person the complaint was about — and unsurprisingly, he still hasn’t replied.
Because EasyStorage refused to deal with the damage or even acknowledge the issue, we paused payments until they addressed it. Their response? Adding extra charges and saying they would “look at them once it’s sorted.” Yet they continue to ignore the problem and refuse to take responsibility.
The customer service, communication, and willingness to address serious issues has been appalling.

Excellent service! They made it all so easy, and the team who came to pack up and collect were so helpful, efficient and willing. They let me know in good time when they were coming and arrived exactly as scheduled. What a great idea that the items go straight into the storage box on their truck and don't need to be moved again until it is ready to be unpacked. I also like the flexibility of the contract as I don't know if I will need storage for days, weeks or months.
