My husband and I have traveled with EA Tours to Italy and Greece. We look forward to traveling with them once more! What we enjoy most is all the work EA Tours puts into making a magical trip happen so that all that is required of us is to be to the airport on time.

I have been working with educational travel for 30 years and with EA Tours for the past 16. I have worked with several companies, but have never been as satisfied as I have been with EA. They continue to be my first choice. EA always delivers on my customized tours and more than lives up to "Your Trip, Your Way". I can always rest assured that the hotels, location, tour manager, excursions and every element of our trip will be planned to meet our specific needs and will all be of excellent quality. I highly recommend EA, and they will continue to be my choice for educational travel.

Our 7th grade trip to DC was awesome. The planning, accommodations, tour guide and friendly staff were great. I would highly recommend EA Tours for your next travel experience.

I have traveled twice now with EA Tours. My daughters 7th grade classes visited Washington D.C., one in 2018 and one in 2021. Both times were phenomenal! Getting us to and from the monuments and museums was pure magic, especially because we had a large group. We did everything on our schedule and some. Our guide George was very knowledgeable about everything we did and didn’t do. He interacted with the kids and parents making it a fun and educational experience. If you plan on traveling with a group I highly recommend EA Tours. They truly were fantastic!

Excellent experience with EAtours. Highly recommended. They make the planning and preparation so easy and ensure that your experience once at your destination is unforgettable. We are anxiously waiting our next trip to DC with our school group in Spring 2022!

We’ve taken our 7th graders to Washington, DC the past 6 years with EA Tours. Each trip has been phenomenal- even this year with certain Covid restrictions. From the planning, transportation, accommodations, tour guides, sight seeing, and friendly staff, we wouldn’t travel with any other company. Already planning for next year’s trip. EA Tours provides an excellent educational experience!

Our daughter had a school trip to Italy cancelled due to the pandemic. We were given the option to reschedule, which we did. As most are aware, even a full year later there are significant pandemic related restrictions. Tom from EA Tours has been readily reachable and offered a satisfactory solution. He was more interested in fairness than the latter of the contract. Look forward to scheduling a trip with EA Tours when the world returns to normalcy and would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a trip to Italy for my daughter’s junior year. The pandemic broke out in Milan Italy just weeks bfr the tour was scheduled to depart. Our school distanced and separated themselves from the trip. We were offered a refund or the opportunity to postpone. We chose the later option and still hoped to go. No one could have foreseen the long lasting affects of this pandemic. Tom the owner tried his best to make this trip happen. He was in continuous contact with us and went above and beyond with his communication. The trip was unfortunately postponed. I thank Tom for his perseverance and for keeping our family informed every step of the way. Ultimately things are in God’s hands and he did his best in this uncharted crisis. Would love to join this company for a future tour if there was an opportunity.

My daughters trip to Europe was canceled due to COVID-19.EA tours has listened to our concerns and has worked with us to reach a comprise.EA tours offered a postponed trip for next school a year or a partial refund and a plane ticket refund via gift certificates if we decided to opt out of the trip all together. The refund offered was more than the contract stated and the airline gift certificate can be used by anyone and does not expire. After speaking with the President of EA tours directly, we have decided to schedule our daughter for next years trip and are confident that EAtous and the school will provide a great experience for our daughter.

Our school proactively sought a cancellation of our European Trip due to COVID-19. EA Tours response was to honor the original cancellation policy (25% recovery) or reschedule the trip with an amended cancellation policy, not resetting the dates adding an "act of god clause", which gives them no further obligation if the situation continues. Given the cancellation of flights, hotels and events have resulted in up to full recoveries, which it may be "legal" per the contract, given the long standing relationship with the school, should have made an effort to maximize recoveries and not guarantee their revenue for a trip that will likely never happen.

For teachers, EA Tours is more than just a travel agency: is a team of experts and caring people that will guide you to provide your students a life changing experience and not just to plan a trip. I have 6 years working with them our trips to France and I assure you that I would not do this trip if it is not with them. I strongly recommend them!

We were met by our guide and now friend Tom at soon as we landed from the airport. About 3 dozen teens and chaperones were taken through an amazing European tour. We explored the wonderful sites of the London then were led away to experience France and Germany for an unforgettable trip. The guides that met us in every city were insightful and gifted. Care, patience, and much consideration was given to us as we steered all our teenagers from place to place. The students enjoyed Tom's company and he very quickly became a part of us as we traveled and communed throughout our memorable expedition. EA Tours was a hit.

We have used EATours since 1998 for school trips abroad and in more recent years for adult trips. The trips are custom designed to mesh perfectly with our various requests. On the rare occasions in which we have made last minute changes, EATours has always been flexible. We are lucky to have worked with such a responsible, honest and creative travel agency all these years.

EA Tours creates superb learning experiences for students. It's a great pleasure working with the staff and reviewing the options available for trips. I appreciate their flexibility and good cheer.

Thank you Tom and everyone at EA Tours for making our trip a success for our students. We had a WWII theme for our trip, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. EA Tours was very accommodating to our objectives and took care of every detail--especially when United Airlines threw us a curveball by cancelling our flight! We learned a lot and had lots of fun! Thank you EA Tours for a wonderful trip!

I loved the trip EA Tours planned to Amsterdam and Greece for our group! Each tour guide was very knowledgable and willing to help, and the hotels were very nice with welcoming staff. Each activity we did and destination we visited provided a unique, exciting experience, and I would gladly do it all over again if I could!

Our tour to Amsterdam and Greece was outstanding. We enjoyed the hotels, the food, and the excellently planned itinerary.

Greece itself was amazing. All aspects were educational and well guided. Our accommodations were perfect. Our return trip however was horrible even tho EA had nothing to do with the bird in the engine

I have led several student trips and one adult trip to Italy with EA, and always the experience is excellent. The staff stay in close touch with my plans and wishes as the tour leader, and the tour managers are always excellent. I throw in some off-the-beaten-path sites on my trips, and EA and the tour managers always handle things superbly.
