Fantastic service from start to finish. Luxury, very comfortable coach, but the highlight of our return journey to and from Southampton was the drivers. Paul on our way to Southampton, and Hermione on our return home a week later. They were both so helpful, informative and very, very friendly. Faultless.

Totally nightmare experience would not recommend from the sub contract bus used to uncomfortable seats not luxury as stated took 6 hours to reach destination Southampton only just made sailing !! A very rude person we emailed who just said he wasn’t interested in our situation and made no further communications with us total cowboy company who will just take your money with no concern of your situation

We have used Eavesway many times for cruise transfers to/from Southampton and we have also used them once for a private hire for a church outing. Our experience has always been outstanding, with friendly and informative drivers. Their coaches are also very comfortable. The operation has always been seamless and will be booking them for future cruise transfers.

Outstanding service Preston to Southampton. Coaches immaculate and the drivers were friendly and courteous with updates all the way re ETA. This was our first time cruising from Southampton, the journey always put us off, but Eavesway made it so easy.
Can’t thank you enough for such a comfortable and pleasant ride.

One change of coach on way to Southampton from Liverpool which is acceptable but three coaches in way home unacceptable.
Left port at 9am got to Liverpool at 15.35.
Drivers quite rude when being asked things . Obviously people needed to check approximate timings and check they were actually on the right coach.
Never had issue previously but would certainly think twice in future.
Disabled and elderly people on vehicles found changing problematic

Eavesway provided fantastic service for our recent college Sicily project, from and to Luton Airport. Information provided beforehand was exceptional, including driver's name (Christine) and contact details.
There was a calm reassurance to all aspects of the transfers, with the flexibility to agree stop-off points, for example.
We price-matched several coach companies beforehand and could not have been happier with the service.

Booked to travel with Eavesway Travel to cruise terminal. We haven't travelled yet but the company where very responsive when I made enquiries and the online booking process was super easy and clear.

Traveled down to Southampton from Knutsford services
Actual pick up point wasn’t that clear especially as our group were first time cruisers We followed another group travelling with another company and luckily were in the right place The bus arrived on time and seats were comfortable enough Toilet in the back of the bus Had one stop on our journey down and were given an idea of our arrival time which was pretty accurate (The company liase with the cruise regarding a list of passengers and travelling times and informs them if the coach happens to be running late)The coach parked exactly outside and we went straight off the bus to the terminal Our suitcases arrived in our rooms later in the evening
Our return coach was a different coach company which threw us a bit but we just kept asking coaches their destination till we found ours The coach was the same standard as the eaves way one This driver kept us more informed of our journey and detailed every stop and estimated arrival time and he kept us updated the whole journey
Found the operators all to be very pleasant and helpful and informative Would recommend use this company and would use them again

Nothing but praise for the three drivers that we had there and back. Coach was extremely comfortable, and it was lovely to have a stress-free start to the holiday with all our suitcases off loaded on arrival at Southampton. Wifi was a bit hit and miss but I had a good book to pass the time!

Myself and my wife have started sailing with P&O & Princess Cruises in the last five years and have usually opted for the inclusive travel (not with Eavesway) however, in July 2023, it was not available, so our options were to try and source other means of transport down to Southampton. We found out that Eavesway had in fact been running services down to Southampton for years, before anybody else and with this, obviously comes with a wealth of experience. We went down to Arvia in 2023 and have recently used them again for a return trip to/from Sky Princess.
The journeys went without incident and the drivers were brilliant and kept us informed of expected times at both the Terminal on the journey to the ship, and the driver gave everyone estimated time arrivals at their drop off points on the way home, so they could phone ahead to whoever was collecting them.
The conditions coming home on the last trip were absolutely atrocious but our driver Simon was brilliant,
i have read some reviews on here and they seem a little unfair and the total opposite of our own experience. We have booked once again with Eavesway to take us down to Southampton to get us to our round the world cruise leaving in January (Arcadia) and we consider the trip down on the coach the start of our holiday, we cannot wait, keep up the great service Eavesway!!

Have used Eavesway Travel for transport to a cruise on a couple of occasions with no issues. However, in August the coach was involved in a RTA (not their fault) which caused a big delay and was unsettling to say the least. Arrived home much later than expected. Emailed Eavesway to discuss any compensation for this and was told to go through my travel insurance and no partial refund. Not good customer service at all. Disappointed

We Travelled with Eavesway from Burtonwood to Southampton in July with our family of 4. We travelled to the P&O Arvia Ship. It was the first time we've used Eavesway and i have to say i was impressed. The coach arrived on time, the driver was friendly and there was plenty of room inside the coach as the driver said the coaches are never filled to capacity to allow more room for passengers and luggage.

The coach did have USB points and Wi-Fi onboard which helped with the boredom of the long journey.

We are already planning our next cruise and i will have no hesitation in using Eavesway again.
