I have been trialing Eazy Capture with the intention of introducing it to a number of accountancy practices within my professional network, and overall I have been impressed by both the product and the team's efforts.
The software is competitively priced and already offers good value, but I genuinely believe it has the potential to develop into an excellent product and become a market leader in its space.

Some of the standout features for me include:

* The ability to scan multiple pages into a single capture, which is a real time-saver.

* Its usefulness for self-employed individuals and small landlords who need to maintain digital records and comply with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements for HMRC.

* The way the software appears to intuitively learn document variables over time, improving efficiency and accuracy.

There are also a few areas where relatively simple enhancements could further strengthen the user experience:

* As other reviewers have mentioned, better support for distinguishing between VAT-registered and non-VAT-registered businesses would be valuable.

* Small but impactful additions such as a simple chatbot, WhatsApp-based customer support, and the ability to purchase top-up credits directly within the software would help build user confidence and improve overall market perception.

As a startup operating in a highly competitive market, Eazy Capture is clearly making great strides. I appreciate the effort and commitment shown by both the product team and staff, and I am pleased to see the company gaining momentum. With continued development and attention to customer feedback, I believe the platform has a very bright future ahead.

We’ve been using EazyCapture for a while now and it’s become a really useful part of our workflow. It extracts key details from invoices and receipts automatically, which saves a lot of time on manual data entry.

It also learns categorisation patterns over time, recognises handwritten notes, and flags anything that doesn’t look right. The integrations with Xero and QuickBooks make it easy to send everything straight into our accounting system.

Simple to use, accurate, and a real time saver.

I have had the opportunity to test this new product on the market to see whether it is as good as the competition. My first impressions of the product on offer is very pleased. The ability to scan multiple documents from one pdf and extract the individual payments is superb. I found the software handled some very scruffy receipts and correctly identified the payment. My only negative comment was the inability to select a business as NON VAT registered, having to remember each time to correct VAT was slowing down the process.

A very logicial easy to use software where it really does help in speeding up the purchase processing function. Good visibility of documents and good pre-populated fields which you can run your eyes over quickly to ascertain all is ok, and amend quickly if required. Seamless integration with Quickbooks. We as a business are looking forward to their Sage Accounting integration as we are definitely going to look to end our current supplier contract and move across to Eazy Capture for our Sage Recognition software for purchases etc. As soon as the product becomes available!
