Problems problems, then fixed
I’m really disappointed that I’m not having a 5 star experience like the other reviewers. I get advertised these products all the time and I’d love to give them a try and get what I ordered.
Last year, I ordered 2 packs of weedless Renaissance eels, but received 1 pack of weedless, one pack with J hooks.
Emailed support, they said send the wrong ones back and we’ll send the correct ones. Didn’t offer anything in the way of return postage, fine whatever I kept them, couldn’t be bothered to pay for the shipping on top of paying to receive the order in the first place.
Last week the website finally showed the Squats large hooks back in stock, so I thought i’ll make a new order for 3 packs of those as I have 2 packs of the larger Squats creature baits.
Order arrived today with a couple packs of lures as ordered, but no packs of the hooks.
2/2 orders with these guys have been messed up, because their order packers aren’t reading orders correctly. They don’t include an invoice/order note in the package so I am not sure how their team can see what items need packing.
I’ve emailed support again, and hope they’ll actually get it sorted. It will be my last order with them.

emailed them the day I received the order, and they sent the missing items that same day which have now arrived without any further issues
