Ordered the Bomb squad lures they came this week, had an Hr after work so thought id try them out, changed to the white and bang, 52cm bass smashed him! First keeper of the year!! Also ordered the surface combo, and they look like they will be awesome later in the year!

I’m really disappointed that I’m not having a 5 star experience like the other reviewers. I get advertised these products all the time and I’d love to give them a try and get what I ordered.

Last year, I ordered 2 packs of weedless Renaissance eels, but received 1 pack of weedless, one pack with J hooks.

Emailed support, they said send the wrong ones back and we’ll send the correct ones. Didn’t offer anything in the way of return postage, fine whatever I kept them, couldn’t be bothered to pay for the shipping on top of paying to receive the order in the first place.

Last week the website finally showed the Squats large hooks back in stock, so I thought i’ll make a new order for 3 packs of those as I have 2 packs of the larger Squats creature baits.

Order arrived today with a couple packs of lures as ordered, but no packs of the hooks.

2/2 orders with these guys have been messed up, because their order packers aren’t reading orders correctly. They don’t include an invoice/order note in the package so I am not sure how their team can see what items need packing.

I’ve emailed support again, and hope they’ll actually get it sorted. It will be my last order with them.

emailed them the day I received the order, and they sent the missing items that same day which have now arrived without any further issues

Proper kit made by anglers, functional, looks great, does what you need it to do, not to mention that the lures produce fish!

Iv Watched this company grow massively over the last few years. From the original wobbler TW to now EBBROX.
Had an issue with the original lazy lure bag, reached out to boys within 2 days the new EBBROX bag was delivered.
Can’t ask for anymore, top services top lads! Over all top company! Watch this space people…

Very happy with the bag and lures. I took a punt and bought one of their bundles from store and I was impressed. The lures I cannot fault, i previously used their renaissance eels and these new v2’s are much better (heavier and stronger) The bag that came with it is made to a high standard and really looks the part.

All round very chuffed and I will be buying from then again.

Very happy with both product quality and customer service!! I have been following these guys from the very start back when Lazy Lures first appeared in 2022. The evolution from the Renaissance eels V1.0 to the new V2.0 and the huge expanded range of products under the new name EBBROX.
