I attempted to place a legitimate order…

I attempted to place a legitimate order with Eberjey using a valid payment method, only to receive a vague notice stating that my order “could not be verified” by a third-party payment security team and would not be processed.

What makes this even more concerning is that my financial institution confirmed there were absolutely no issues with the transaction itself. The payment method was valid, approved, and functioning exactly as it should. This raises serious questions about the competency and credibility of the systems, or perhaps the teams, handling these purchase verifications on Eberjey’s end.

Instead of providing transparency or an actual explanation, the responsibility was pushed entirely onto the customer to somehow resolve an issue that appears to originate internally within their own operational process. That is not customer service, it is operational inefficiency disguised as security protocol.

For a company positioning itself within the premium market, the experience was remarkably unprofessional. Luxury is not just about branding and aesthetic, it is about refinement in communication, trust, and the ability to competently manage customer transactions. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated the opposite.

There are many competitors offering beautiful products with far more polished customer service and operational professionalism. Based on this interaction alone, I will not be ordering from Eberjey again.

I am so disappointed in the lack of…

I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. It is impossible to receive a call back despite the promise to call within 24 hours. If your promise is warm and cozy, then please be that to your clients. Good customer service goes a long way.

Site won't let me leave a review. Shady

I don't know where the 300+ reviews on their site came from because there is no way for me to leave a review for my purchase. Shady.

If I could, I'd say that their washable silk collects so much static electricity that the PJs cling in very unflattering (and revealing) ways. At this price point, I don't think it's a lot to ask for a beautiful drape that makes me feel my best. If you're looking for washable silk, stick to Lunya or Print Fresh or whatever else.

Love the products, but

Love the products, but trying to reach anyone at customer service is impossible. Email went out almost a eeek ago. Other than the generic ‘thanks for reaching out, we’ll get back with you’, there is nothing. Phone number immediately goes to voicemail saying that they’d return the call. Still waiting.

Fabric tears easily. Do not buy

I’m sad. I bought my entire family these pjs for the holidays. Very disappointed. They are very thin. I wore it for 3 nights and noted tearing of the fabric. I think the silk is just not substantial. They have a no return policy. I sent them a picture of the fabric tears and they never responded.

If I could give negative stars...

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a sale item in my cart. I then received an email offering an extra 10% off. But, there was no code or link. I reached out via chat and was told that on a sale item there is no extra discount. Why send the email with the item pictured? As a "courtesy" they offered to refund 10% in 5-7 days after I make the purchase. Seriously? Taking my business elsewhere and NEVER coming back.
