The bike came

I ordered an eBike from them over a month ago. Still haven’t received it. I’m getting is a bunch of excuses. The tracking number was messed up. The address was messed up. We’ve tried to deliver. The driveway was blocked. You need to sign for it and then they said they delivered it yesterday never got it even we have cameras that showdeliveries. Nothing they never even came here. I’ve been trying to get through to them through emails through their chat everything and they won’t tell me the courier name they don’t have it and it’s just been nothing but excuses the whole time I got scammed and I’m calling my bank too. I can’t believe that I fell for this should’ve known better. I blame TikTok for even advertising them.

I ordered 2 e- bike on august 4th but not showing legit tracking number. I got scammed!!

I didnt even want t o give them 1 start its a total scam got a hold of my bank thats what everyone needs to do so this people can get in trouble for taking people's money they should be a shamed of there self most of the people getting these bikes dont have money to blow or waste and are trying to get a bike to get back and forth from work

I never received the bike it's a scam don't even want to tell me the name of the courier and you speak to anyone so stay away from them

This company if it even is a company doesn't deserve 1 star cause it won't let me put 0 stars ive been waiting over a month for my ebike that is always delivering to the wrong address or just stupid people delivering they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people

DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I've been waiting for a month. The shipping updates they give you are nonsense and an Ai service. You can't contact the store itself, they do not reply, only the phony Ai tracking service. I already contacted my bank and refused payment. There is no way to track your shipment like with the "real" shipping carrier only the fake ai tracking system they generated. This is the tracking nonsense they send to me:

Terrible Service, I used this thinking I was going to get a nice size e-bike for my husband to ride to work with. I have emailed them several times trying to correct my order and I have not heard anything back but there were quick to take my money. Definitely reporting this with my bank because there is no way you are going to take my money with no product to offer. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

They got me on a e-bike and a howmet I been waiting on since the 3 it’s now the 26 the these people need to go to jail for scamming people I’m calling the bank and there in trouble for scamming honest people that work for there money TikTok art to be in trouble to for letting them use them to run off of

I was scammed thinking I was buying 2 E bikes. If they use my credit card. They will be hunted down by the card company and my bank for fraud. I've already spoken to the Credit card company. I can't believe I fell for it.

Didn't you buy from them .. I'm a blk mf these tricks are 100% scammers I know ppl that's getting scammed
