Amazing long lasting boilers that work great in my home!

I installed an eca arcus 11kw combi boiler approx 1 year ago I have tried contacting ECA via email on a few occasions over the past week with no reply. Also I tried the technical no whic re directs you to a mobile no which goes straight to answering service.
As an installer I find this really suspicious does this company still trade or is there technical back up just really poor once I eventually get a reply ( if I get one I will update this review )
Apart from the lack of technical back up it works as expected heats the house no issues hot water not the best but enough to run a shower as I would expect from an 11kw boiler

Eventually managed to get a n contact with ECA for replacement part apparently it was an issue with the email address all sorted now
Replacement part received and an apology so all ok now
Once proper email established communication was easy

Highly not recommended, extremely bad customer service and not any support at all!

They are only popular for their low price

Their technical department it's just one external gas engineer with a very bad attitude.

I had an issue with a leaking safety valve, get a new one directly from them, but it's not the same part and doesn't fit.

The technical support center was very good and polite. They responded very fast within 24hrs. I'm happy that we decided on ECA.

ECA boiler was installed 6 months ago. It looks smart and works efficiently. I can say that I have absolutely no regrets, and worth every penny!

It has been operating flawlessly since since the ECA boiler was installed. Unlike our old boiler, this one doesn't produce a lot of noise.

So glad we changed our old boiler last week. We were lucky that our installer suggested replacing it with our dear new ECA electric boiler. It's so reliable and I'm glad it will be saving me money from now on.

I didn’t know Electric Boilers existed. An installer recommended by ECA, suggested ECA’s Arceus Electric Combi boiler. What did I know about boilers, anyway No gas. He fitted it and plugged it in. I was amazed.

We had the ECA Confeo touch screen boiler installed in our furniture showroom beginning of January this year and since then it has been working amazingly. Instant hot water and our central heating have been outstanding so far. Definitely will be using ECA boilers in our future showrooms we will open.
