ECH Group Ltd  Opiniones

After much research and contacting different companies to achieve three quotes, EHC Group Ltd came out on top and won the contract. They were very easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable from the outset. The roofers and electricians were highly professional and did a great job. We are delighted with the system, which is meeting all our expectations.

I selected ECH for my solar installation after much research. The service was very good. In particular Carl Hughes very very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right system for our needs. There was total transparency on the price from the start which was refreshing. The logistics team could of communicated changes better but the installation team were professional, polite and very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending ECH.

Pretty good all round.
Carl was very helpful.
I was a bit concerned that the items were delivered the day before and left on the driveway, so I managed to get them into the house myself, but I wonder who would have been liable if they were stolen from the drive after I signed for them.
I’d have liked a bit of a hand with some of the big boxes and packaging that’s been left behind!
Other than that, the product is working well and the roofers and electricians were all lovely and did a great job

Excellent performance from beginning to end, from initial negotiations to timely installation and clearing up afterwards. Very pleasant and helpful people, on-site and in the office. Would recommend ECH to anyone.

Very impressed with the service. We had a few questions beforehand and Carl was always very happy to talk us through any queries we had. They came when they said they would, worked tirelessly all day and finally finished when it was getting dark. They all, the men fitting the panels and the electrician, left it all looking very tidy. We're very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

14 panels, battery and Eddi fitted along with all necessary fixtures and fittings. Each step of the order and installation went very smoothly with good explanations as necessary. The installation team were quick, polite and tidy - a credit to ECH.
I have no hesitation in recommending ECH

I picked ECH for my solar installation after much research. The service was impeccable. Carl Hughes has immense knowledge of the different systems and options and was able to help configure the right system for the property. There was total transparency on the price (no hidden extras). The installation team were professional, polite and very good at their job. I can’t fault any aspect of the service - absolutely brilliant

Recently had solar panels installed and would just like to say what a excellent job the install team done. came across a few complications during the install but was able to fix the issues quickly and complete the job within the time frame I needed. overall really impressed and would recommend ech to anyone.
thanks for your hard work.

Our system was installed 4 days ago and thus far appears to be working very well. The installers were very efficient and cleared up, leaving no mess behind. Everything was explained fully. Only comment would be that the paperwork needs checking carefully. Overall very impressed and pleased.

All I can say is that I would use this company again.

ECH engineers installed our solar panels yesterday. The installation went well and the panels are generating electricity, albeit at a low level as it is early on a cloudy day. Overall I am very happy with the quality of communications and installation.

Second installation as good as the first

We originally had ECH Group instal Solar PV on our property in 2012. We had such a positive experience that when we moved we had no hesitation in using them to install another system, but this time a battery was included in the set up.

Their service was just as good as the first time and their after-sales support has been brilliant with any queries that we have had. Their staff are knowledgeable, polite and in our case very patient.
We would not hesitate to use them again if we were to move and had another requirement for Solar PV.

Very easy to contact. Available at all times to answer questions. Honest to explain when something is not needed in the package. Competitive price. Date for installation was given with no delay. Installers of both solar panels and electrician very professional and polite.

ECH were responsive from the moment I contacted them. They were prompt in their assessment and costing and were sympathetic to my preferences. The installation was very smooth. ECH sent a team of 4 fitters who worked tirelessly during the day. The fitters were polite , considerate and tidy.
I have been given good support and advice following the installation.

I had an excellent experience right from the 1st contact. Carl gave very good advice and as I learned more and asked better questions he helped me to get comfortable with the decisions and best of all, he helped me to keep my spend down ensuring that I optimised my choices for what I need. The installation was very professional and great care was taken to ensure that I was happy with every step of the work. Overall I am very happy.

Great company

From start to finish ECH provided and quick and easy solution to solar installation. Carl is very knowledgeable and is happy to take the time to talk through your system and answer any questions you may have. At no point was I upsold any necessary accessories and I was given straight forward, no-nonsense answers to my queries.

The installation team also did a great job, arriving at about 10am, the job was completed and working by 3pm. The installation team were respectful of the property and their workmanship was excellent.

I cannot recommend ECH Group enough and I would not look anywhere else for solar installations in the future. Thank you.

Carl Hughes rang me to give a price. There was no hard selling format, just a very competitive price.
The surveyor was sent, and quickly assessed the installation. He gave me a installation date for two weeks later.
The panel installers arrived at 8.00 am and started work. By 11.00 am the panels were all fitted and ready for the electrician. Everything was installed and wired by about 4.00 pm. Both the panel installers and the electrician were polite and professional.
I'm a very pleased customer.

ECH Installed 14 solar panels with a battery at my home.

Carl was very helpful when talking about what would be best for my house as I wanted to do everything I can to reduce my energy bills.

The installers did a great job and made sure they tidied up after themselves and I'm really happy with how they are working.

Delighted with the service!

I recently had an installation carried out by one of the teams at ECH and have been extremely impressed at every stage.

From initial discussions through the quotation stage right up to the switching on of my system, the company has been polite and professional.

I will definitely be recommending ECH Group to my friends

Excellent value and very helpful admin back up following fitting. The fitters were lead by an experienced supervisor and the house left clean and tidy. Happy to recommend this company to anyone wanting solar panels.
