As a mask to keep the light out this is first class, I’ve used it for nearly a week and even if I wake during the night I can get back to sleep easily.
There are moulded cups that allow space for your eyes, which is really nice.
The fabric is a little strange and the fit of the strap irritates above my ears.
It’s also quite warm, but then again so is the weather.
I would recommend this mask as it does do the job, and would happily buy another if they made a few tweaks to it

I'm finding this more comfortable than the guard my dentist gave me a number of years ago, the Echor was half the price. I am not that aware of it at night. It seemed easy enough to set to my mouth. It doesn't smell -my previous one had to be put in milton fluid everyday to stop the taint of bad breath-although I brush and floss twice daily. The echo just seems to need a rinse when I take it out. Happy so far

Like most snorers, I didn't have a problem, I sleep like a baby. The sufferer is the person next to you so I'm largely reviewing on my wife's behalf. I'm transformed! I snored like a bear before and now I'm quiet to all intents and purposes and a wife who can stay asleep.
My problem was that I kept my mouth tightly shut so had to breath through my nose through block sinuses. The guard keeps my mouth open and I breathe through the slit at the front of the guard. I can't say how effective it is for other causes, but for mouth-shut sleepers it's brilliant.

The eyemask is very comfortable and I got used to wearing it very quickly. I find I get to sleep quicker and stay asleep longer when I am wearing it. I also ordered a candle which smells beautiful and looks great on my bedside table. The delivery was very prompt and my one query was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

My face mask arrived quickly. Happy with service and product.

Would recommend. Easy to navigate website, quick delivery, mouthguard was simple to mould and durable so far (a week of use).
