Un grand merci aux équipes d’ecksand pour leurs professionnalisme et notamment à Victoire. Elle a su me conseiller et surtout m’expliquer parfaitement les différentes tailles de diamants. Très belle expérience que j’espère pouvoir revivre bientôt.

My fiancé and I went to Ecksand’s new Toronto store looking for a solitaire engagement ring. Camille was wonderful and walked us through the entire experience. She explained the 4C’s (colour, clarity, cut, and carat) to us to help us select a diamond, which was super helpful. Ecksand has so many designs to choose from that were exactly like I was hoping for. With such a seamless experience to create a ring that fit our budget and the fact that it’s all handmade in Canada, I can’t recommend Ecksand enough. I can’t stop looking at my ring!

Ecksand was professional, responsive and easy to work with. The process was smooth from start to finish and everything was handled clearly. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend Ecksand.

I didn't know the first thing about engagement rings, and of course I needed a ring quickly. Rachel at Ecksand really helped me out. She helped me choose a spectacular placeholder ring, which gave my partner the option to look at other rings. She said yes, and after looking at the other options chose to stick to the ring I'd picked out for her. Thank you Ecksand.

Shopping for fine jewelry on the internet can be fraught with problems and uncertainty, particularly when the website is for a store outside of the country. The exact opposite was true of my experience with the Ecksand team.

My two carat Asscher cut studs were just as described and even prettier in person, as were my three stacking birthstone rings.

The Ecksand team was super-easy to work with and very responsive. Now if only I could meet them in person!

Erica was wonderful. Even though I live abroad she was able to understand exactly what I wanted for my engagement ring, and designed the most stunning piece. The service was excellent. So much so that I couldn't resist going into the shop last time I was in Montreal, and ended up ordering a pair of gorgeous earrings from Erica.

My experience designing a custom engagement ring with Ecksand was nothing short of a dream come true!
As someone who values ethical manufacturing and consumer transparency, I've always been on the fence about where to go when it came time to pick a ring. (And as a designer myself, I knew I wanted something special.) I happened to come across Ecksand just before they did a pop-up shop in Toronto (they are based on Montreal) and was able to set up an in-person consultation in Yorkville.
Erica was absolutely amazing! Her expertise and passion made us feel so confident about working with them. And the stones she suggested were spectacular! The end design was truly breathtaking.

The store is located in downtown Montréal at the 15th floor of an office tower. The access is quite easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting time usually short. Ring adjustments are also possible and the timeframe is respectable. I can definitely recommend this place.
