Reece and Martin were exceptionally fast at installing the floor boards. Polite, answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the result. I can’t actually believe how fast it was completed. Additionally,I had unexpected costs due to my MOT failing meaning I couldn’t afford to do the order I originally planned. I asked if I could do it in two parts. They accommodated this and were understanding of the situation that couldn’t have been predicted. All in all, really happy and would recommend. I can understand people’s frustration with needing both home owners present, however I also can see it from a business perspective. 3 hours of commitment from them to have the final result be ‘I just need to run that past my wife/husband/partner before I decide’ can be as frustrating for them, so I think it’s fair to ask all homeowners to be present during a consultation for that reason.

We had Dave and Reece come to board our loft and put a ladder in and we couldn’t fault the job! Finished it in under 3 hours and it looks great! The boys were very friendly and chatty too which made the experience even better ☺️ thank you so much! Xx

Unfortunately I cannot tell you much about the quality of the work because the man who makes the appointments put me off engaging with them. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked for a quote for 300mm loft insulation. He said the man who would call would need to have a chat with me, that he couldn't just come and look and size up the job and give me a price. We had to have a discussion. He further said the man was coming in his own time at his own expense to give me a free service. I said I would pay for the insulation, I expected nothing for free. He said they refused to come and give me a price without discussing my concerns. I said I had no concerns, I just wanted a price for 300mm. In the end he said that if I wouldn't agree to the discussion, they wouldn't come. I said great, don't come. What I didn't say but might have said was that I was not born yesterday. Over my many decades as a home owner I have had my fair share of hard sell visitors. Interestingly, I see another review reporting exactly the same thing.
(And nothing blights a company more than a snidy response like the revised one they have now left. SHOCKING marketing).

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. When I contacted them for a simple quote, I was told they would not even schedule the appointment unless my husband was present as well. This requirement felt outdated, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I am fully capable of handling home improvement decisions on my own, and refusing service unless a spouse attends is both inconvenient and disrespectful.

Because of this policy, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Companies should treat all customers with equal respect and autonomy, and unfortunately, this one did not. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Turned up on time . Two very professional gentleman very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend them and will call them back next year to add to my space

Great price and great installation, flooring, shelf, light, ladder and a new hatch, all in around 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Dave and Reece came to fit my new loft hatch, ladder and boarded my loft. Excellent work. Would recommend.

Turned up in a rented van 5 hours late.
Went into bedroom hall way and they had ripped the ceiling hatch out and hadn't even bother to put any protection on the carpets. Plaster and loft insulation everywhere. Excuse were, van broke down and forgot to move everything from the company van to the rented van on way. If I had a pound for the amount of times I've heard that nonsense said by builders and the like Id be a millionaire.
Never fitted the agreed double size hatch, was never even was offered a choice of hatch or ladders. Was a loft board short on the contract. Excuse, forgot to put an extra board on as never saw contract. One boards end was snapped off and fitted so it could be seen. Real amateurs using loft board.
The light is just a small battery pull cord light for a cupboard. Useless sales gimmick.
Hatch isn't finished off with board so when you open the hatch the loft insulation is showing. Again real amateurs in finishing off.

Trading standards state you do not have to pay them at the end of the job.
Take a week to check it over first then get them back to correct the mistakes.
Left all the ripped out wood and rubbish on my lawn. They promised to take it away.
Do not use these amateur cowboys.

Like others have said, they wouldn't even look in the loft let alone give me a quote without having my wife present. The patronising appointment guy then called me back saying that I had agreed we would both be there. Why would I agree to such a stupid stipulation?
It's a high-pressure/hard-selling technique to prevent you having the chance to discuss later and push you into signing on the day. In fact when I first had contact to arrange a call out the guy on the phone was immediately pushy so I should have known there and then to nip it in the bud.
This sort of old-school-carpet-salesman tosh has to stop. Don't let them try it with you. Avoid.

Mike was lovely and the whole run down before getting the loft done was that “don’t worry it’s all cleanable and the dust will be manageable to clean” once it was done, I was appalled at how the house was left. Extra fee to clean after themselves apparently? My new carpets are stained, no prep or prevention, bathroom mat also stained??? Shoe marks all over the bathroom. This is not how you respect someone’s home. Please train your staff to cover the area they’re going to work in. Only they’re aware how much dust it will cause and make. I have to get carpets professionally washed now. Really not happy

the work itself was done to a high standard but the coverage was not worth the £2000 I paid. One fitter for about four hours and the result was a thick walkway down the middle of my loft. the reason for having my loft done was to use it for storage. I'm probably going to have to pay an odd job person to finish it.

Confrontational and rude on phone. Attempted controlling behaviour. Wouldn't accept that partner wouldn't be there for quote. Did not use and trusted other reviews. Such poor customer service and cloth ears.

5 Star company... had loft boarded in January and great communication and work carried out was high standard and clean

First class service from start to finish, Mike was informative, polite and friendly put me at ease from the get go … the work was carried out perfectly, the lads were great and made sharp work of the job …made a massive difference to have more storage!!!!
Was uneasy at first when looking at other reviews but most bad reviews aren’t actually about the workmanship or any jobs so not a true reflection in my opinion!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company
