Highly recommended, brilliant service.
What a pleasure it was having ECO4 Energy Saving installing my new boiler, the staff were so polite and professional, they were extremely patient with me throughout the tough times I was going through with some builders. They put insulation in my loft and then assured me time and time again that they will give me time if the builders are delaying me and when the install went ahead it was very very smooth. All now installed. Extremely satisfied with the whole journey. Thanks Reece and Hashim. Highly recommended!!

Quite impressive
From application to installation every aspect of the removal of old warm air system to combi boiler and radiators in all rooms went so smoothly engineers Farouq,Ajay and the team were very professional clean and tidy explained everything they were doing nothing too much trouble big job very happy with overall installation

This company was brilliant
This company was brilliant. Big shout out to Connor. One to one contact and help throughout. Installation was so quick and thorough and our hot water and heating system is brand new, right up to date and working fabulously. They responded to questions and small issues immediately any day of the week and felt with anything straight away, plus kept us informed. Totally recommend them.

Slater was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the installation of a boiler . She has responded to all my text messages and when we had an issue was happy to help . The installers were friendly and the tenant overall was happy with the work .

Not even a real company
Not even a real company. Non english speaking men. All Indian. Rough. Late. Share the few tools they had. Cut every corner and still unfinished. Put a radiator behind a door. Now door bangs into radiator valve. Holes made and cut and old heating system ripped out. Told a fixer would correct and box and make good after they finished. Weeks have passed. Contacted Eco4energy and NRS they said they used for loft installation replacement and to fit new radiators. Still nothing. Lots of emsils and calls. Both companies in cohoots. No worl checks. All work very poor quality. And no fixer to repair walls move wrong radiator and patch up hole in kitchen from old heating system.
Someone needs to seriously shut them dowm before their poor work gets someone killed. Gas is involved for gods sake!!!
The council need to seriously check these cowboy companies they give these contracts too!! Makes no seense all our tax money wasted like this!!!!

I am sorry to hear you have had issues related to the property in question.
Your property qualified for a first Time Central Heating Grant, you have had brand new radiators, worcester bosch boiler, loft insulation, trickle vents, and extractor fans.
There was a few issues with one of the radiators that was hitting a door in the bathroom, and some areas that require plastering/skimming where the air blower system was removed, the installers are aware of the situation and have allocated a builder to put right the areas in question, we do have all English speaking staff that you are familiar with at Eco4 Energy Saving and they have communicated with yourself every time you have sent a message, pleae call our office landline/mobile/email if you have any further issues.

Happy with the work that was done, did have an issue with a leak but the team were brilliant and got it sorted really quick, they went above and beyond to help and make sure everything all good, I highly recommend

The team are Eco4 were fantastic
The team are Eco4 were fantastic! Any queries I had they were straight on it and they were very quick to respond to the what’s app messages. We had the insulation replaced and a new combi boiler fitted and they were both done and fitted in a day. Both teams were amazing and really lovely guys.

I’ve just had a brand new boiler installed with loft insulation free of charge on this Eco4 grant and couldn’t fault the service we received.
From start to finish everyone at Eco4energysaving has been very helpful and I highly recommend them.
