Ordered a new RV shower head the same day I bought a bicycle as I knew I'd be showering more and the water pressure isn't great.

I ordered it on Jul 9 with one week delivery. I emailed on Jul 22 and they said on the Jul 23rd that it would be shipped tomorrow. I then emailed on Jul 25, 26, 29, Aug 2, and Aug 5 all without even a reply.

Absolutely terrible service and I for one will never buy a product of theirs over it.

Have them at home and in holiday home just fantastic. Have recommended them to many and they have also loved them.

I purchased an Orbit Soft Water shower head from Ecocamel about 12 months ago for our caravan, and it was fantastic we used less water and still had a very wet shower, we loved it. It was very expensive in Australia, but did a great job.
We discovered a leak in the Obit shower head recently, quite a big one. It was suggested by Ecocamel that vinegar would fix the issue, but this was not the case. I suggested that we would have to go back to using the original shower head that came with the caravan when new. I have not heard any more from Ecocamel. Looks like I will have to dump the Orbit, which is very sad as it was great until the leak started. Time to move on I guess, but it is not nice to feel that as a customer I have been treated badly.

Have been using Ecocamel Jetstorm for the last few months and has made a great improvement on my shower's water pressure. Highly recommend if you have low pressure and your shower needs a boost!

Very disappointed with this product. Hardly any improvement on water flow and pressure and it has an odd pulsating effect which is annoying and stops the flow every 2 seconds. To be honest I'm baffled by the number of good reviews this gets as its terrible.

I also bought the BOGOF deal. This shower head made no difference at all to my mother in laws shower pressure when we tested it. As she has now decided to change to a power shower I wanted to return these for a refund. I contacted Ecocamel 3 times by e mail to ask how I go about returning them. I have NEVER received any contact from them. Apalling customer service. Do not buy from this company.

They offered "bogof" so I did. I have been thinking of trying this product for a long time; they spend a lot on promotion and they make it look great. It is no different from a basic shower head. Complete waste of time and money. If I return it I will not be refunded the postage, so will pay twice for postage.

Years ago I replaced the 60,s header tank bath/shower with a direct fed combi boiler shower. In an effort to get a decent shower I bought the original small black Ecocamel. It was so good I fitted one to my Hymer. Later I bought the, then new, Jetstorm and again was very pleased. I recently updated my bar shower and the Jetstorm looked tatty so bought the Obit. I was skeptical about the Softwater option, it is expensive. Once again Ecocamel did not disappoint. I was confident the spray would be good but the water really does feel softer. The glass screens do not need cleaning everyday, to get rid of water stains.
It remains to be seen how long it lasts but it can be disassembled for cleaning inside. At this cost I would have liked chromed metal and a softwater replaceable cartridge but the technology is brilliant. I have never worked out how it uses less water to give a better shower, but it really does

Ordered a replacement Orbit (eco version) for my now 3 year old Orbit (which is still working just looking worn and limescale stained) with new hose and a spoutey. 12 working days later, still no delivery and CS just wont place any urgency in trying to trace 3 items that were sent by Royal Mail untracked.... shocking that they send items for this value untracked on the basis that accoriding to the CS team, they arrive quicker than using a tracked service. Complete BS as tracked with RM is usually guaranteed 48 hours and more likely they sent RM standard post because its cheaper. i have requested a full refund today and await to hear from them. looking at the TP reviews to date they do not appear to care much about their reputation so once i have received the refund i will find an alternative.

I bought one of their ‘cost-saving’ shower heads which was expensive. Absolute rubbish! Had to return it at my own cost. Bought one from Asda at a fraction of the price and was at least as good as the expensive Ecocamel rip-off one.

This was delivered promptly and with bogoff, sadly I would rather pay more money and get something that actually would show an improvement.
It's just good promotion with no success at all.

If you have a gravity-fed shower system and are looking for a new showerhead, don't bother with these - there isnt sufficient pressure to make it work properly, but nothing on their website tells you that. Instead, for a great gravity-fed shower experience, i would highly recommend buying and Aqualisa product - they are fantastic - and can be had for a lower price than on their official website if you shop around. No need to upgrade or fit pumps etc, buy Aqualisa for gravity systems.

Very poor customer service. Inaccurate description of certain products which we were advised were a standard fit. This was NOT accurate information and resulted in an expensive experience. Eventually went to go to the local DIY to purchase a replacement which was also much cheaper. Have purchased previously but definitely will not be a repeat custmer after this experience.

We received out Ecocamel Jetstorm shower head within 48 hours and we were not disappointed! The shower head does exactly what it was expected to do; Increased the pressure and used less water. I would certainly recommend this company and their products to anyone.

After a week of waiting for my order I sent an email - was advised that 'due to demand all our orders are taking about 14 days now' - I subsequently cancelled. To date NO REFUND has been received. Have emailed them a couple of times but no response as yet. I don't know if they are genuine but not posting items or giving refunds doesn't seem particularly legit to me.
