My box shipped out from 2 hours away from me and it took 8 days to get here. Also, after all of the excitment when i did get my box it was full of things I would not use. I am even missing one of the things that I picked to me in my box. The only thing I will use would be the salve which is one if the 2 items I picked but the only one i got. If it were possible to send the box back for even half a refund I would as its useless to me. I am just extremely disappointed.

One of the products leaked and I had to get rid of everything.

I still haven’t received my box. It’s been almost a month.

I placed my order on 9/6. I understand that you ship once a month. I read anything and everything I can before I give someone my money. Maybe your company should consider sending boxes earlier in the month so that your customers have a chance to look at their boxes before they have to make selections for the next month. I know this would be beneficial for me personally. I’m sure others would agree.

I had a box gifted to me for my birthday and I was very pleasantly surprised with my box! It had a wide variety of items, some brands I had heard of and others were new to me, and every item seems to be of good quality. I'm excited to try everything out!

There were somethings missing from my order. I emailed them about it and still haven't heard anything back.

I'm not impressed with the selection of products. None are things I will use and I'm not impressed with the value of the box. If I could return, I would. I was under the impression that at least one of the items would be a toy for baby, which there wasn't. It's not what I expected.

I signed up for the mama/baby box. Most of the items I received were for the baby, so I might have been happier with a "mama only" box. The baby items were fine, but I was less-than-impressed with the quality of the mama items: tiny-sized samples of a body butter and perfume and a very flimsy bracelet. I like subscription boxes and comparatively I did not feel this one was worth the cost for the items received. I cancelled after one box.

The value in the products well exceeds what we pay. They are practical with an essence of luxury. It's a fun surprise each month, and I am excited for my next one. The customer service is awesome.

Wonderful box filled with products I will use every day!

Loved the box contents but was a little disappointed in the shipping time. I have never received something from DHL before. It looked like it sat for a couple days just being "processed." Not to mention at one point my tracking said my order was "mis-shipped" and sent to the wrong post office. I hope next time it comes a little faster. Although, maybe I am just spoiled with Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. Would have given 5 stars if not for the long shipping/delivery time.

Blown away! It was like Ecocentric Mom read my mind about products I was in the market for or interested in, and shipped me a box filled with them! Seriously great value. I could not be happier!

Love the fact that I get to test out products to see if I like them. It is especially helpful since I have a lot of allergies and senstivites to a lot of things and hate buying a full product to waste it.

Originally bought this subscription for my wife when we were expecting our first child. It's a wonderful surprise every time we see the box arrive in the mail. Ecocentric Mom Box provides a variety of sample sized supplies, many of which we have ended up purchasing later.

I loved the box. The only change I would suggest is to add an option "Breastfeeding/Formula feeding" when signing up. In my last box, I received a product for breastfeeding moms and I will never use it. I think there should be two different boxes to chose from.

I've eyed this subscription for a while now and finally took the plunge. For the money, it's a great way to be introduced to new products! I could use everything in the box, and some of it I was actually quite happy to try. Highly recommend.

I love receiving my ecocentric boxes. I got the pregnancy ones when I was prego, then it changed over to mom and baby box. I will be signing back up when I finally settle into my new house. I just paused it for now!!

My package from Ecocentric Mom is something to look forward to every month! I love the idea behind it and the boxes are always filled with amazing things! Would recommend to anyone!

I thought the small reusable bag included in the box wasn't useful. Also, I am allergic to lavender and one product contained lavender.

Customer service was above excellent. The website is easy to use. Everything is well packaged. The items seem mostly like free samples though, and there doesn't seem to be much value, more like advertising and test samples for start-ups. Most of the products were nice enough, though we won't be renewing.
