The order was cancelled because they ran out of product. They could have just done a bigger box, as a first time customer of a pretty expensive product I was dissappointed.

Long time, happy Subscriber

Have had a subscription since the second ecocentric box was created. Several years. Have enjoyed so many of the featured small businesses products. Great value.

Absolutely loved this subscription box

Absolutely loved this subscription box. We ordered it for almost a year, and the only reason we stopped is that it just wasn't in our budget anymore. For $25 a month, it was a steal everything that we received! One month, I believe October 2016, we received over $90 worth of product, and it arrived just two days after my first child was born! What a lovely gift welcoming gift! We still use many of the products included in the subscription today!

My first box came with a card that …

My first box came with a card that detailed everything in the box! I thought it was great and I set it aside to keep so that when all the items got put in different places and used I had a list of things that told me where to order more. The next 2 of my boxes did not include this card and I was disappointed. Also one of my boxes came and was saturated with oil from my sugar scrub that somehow leaked. Overall I love the boxes and everything in them.

Hi Amanda, thanks for the really great and thoughtful feedback. As you point out, we recently moved away from a detailed product insert - we did have a number of reasons for this that we carefully weighed against the loss in information we were able to communicate upfront to our subscribers - our reasons include the increasing customization of our boxes (more versions each month) plus the feedback from members that they wanted to see ingredient details, and more info on that card. It became very challenging to get all of the pertinent info on our card and rather than increase the amount of paper/waste in each box we moved this info to your monthly email and our blog posts. Please make sure you're signed up for our email list so you are getting that in your in box - it will have clickable links to all the brands websites, coupon code info and all the other good stuff previously on the card.

With respect to the leak - yikes! - please send us an email and we'll make it up to you : support@ecocentricmom.com

Overall experience has been fantastic

Overall experience has been fantastic! A hiccup here and there with shipping, but company addressed it immediately. My wife loves receiving these boxes every month. I will be purchasing another 6 month subscription for her in the next day or 2. Keep up the good work :)

I was really excited about receiving …

I was really excited about trying this box. Unfortunately I had a problem with my box. I contacted customer service. After some back and forth via email they took care of the issue and were very professional and friendly in their communications. I appreciate the help and the fact that they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this box.

"Thank you for letting us know about the shipping damage to your box. Although we do our best to ensure safe packing and receipt of our boxes, the occasional issue does arise! We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Can you tell me specifically which food item was expired? This is obviously concerning to us and we are not aware of this situation. With respect to the white powder, can you tell me which items were damaged by the powder? We can happily replace those items for you. "

When she didn't hear back from you she wrote again on April 21

"Hi Mandy,

Following up to make sure you received my response?
Be well!"

Love looking forward to my monthly boxes

I love getting my boxes every month, however, I have noticed that when my box is posted on instagram I don't always have all the elements that are shown in the picture, more than once my box has not included one or more of the items showcased on that months box review.

Love the variety!

I love the variety of items in each month's box. There is always something unique for my baby, something I wouldn't necessarily think to buy myself but ends up being super useful. The products for me are wonderful and high quality. I couldn't be more impressed!

I enjoyed getting my pregnancy boxes …

I enjoyed getting my pregnancy boxes each month. It was exciting . I only stopped, because, in my case, I wasn't using all of the items in the box. I'm not super girly and don't wear make up or anything, so some items weren't as relevant. Overall, it was fun for awhile.

I enjoy the monthly boxes. It would be great if they were a little more customisable for each person but I understand that the logistics of that are complicated.

Nice customer service recovery!

After a bit of a bumpy situation where I received a damaged box, and there seems to have been a misunderstanding about the company's willingness to replace it, they came through for me and made me feel like a valued customer. They replaced the box. I'm overall very happy with the products received (with a couple of exceptions, but I do happen to be very very picky about ingredients).

I've looked into your situation and I see that we received an email from you about this terrible shipping issue and our customer service rep immediately offered to replace the damaged box, but you expressed in your reply email that you did not want a replacement. We never "changed our mind" about replacing it, the request for photos was simply so we could file a claim with the party at fault (USPS) but this was not a requirement to get your replacement. I'd be happy to send you the transcript of this conversation with our rep so we can clear up this confusion and we remain willing to replace your damaged box! As we stated at the time, while we do our best to pack and ship items safely sometimes (rarely) there is shipping damage as you report.

Really loved all the products

Really loved all the products, the price for these products is phenomenal. I always recieved more thsn one full size sample!! Also made me want to buy more products and love the coupons to purchsse more products!!!
