Ecocetera have been brilliant throughout. They have explained everything clearly from the planning stage through to installation and getting started. Installation of 16 solar panels and an accompanying battery took just two days and after I was guided through the software so as to make the most of the import/export from battery and solar panel system to the national grid. I am confident I am in good hands and will get back up help should I hit a problem. I highly recommend Ecocetera.

The upgrade to our solar system was conducted with a high degree of professionalism bearing in mind, this was a complex process in this case. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Ecocetera recently added a battery and gateway to my existing solar panel system, which had been installed in 2014 by another company.
Others may be capable of doing a good job, but Ecocetera has stood out for me as utterly competent and professional in all aspects of the job, from first tentative contact, through discussion of options, quotation, installation and post-completion support. Perfection isn't given to Man, but Ecocetera are the next best thing.

A brilliant and positive experience overall. Right from the initial survey, where Conrad explained what our options were for our installation. He was polite, informative and not pushy at all. Then Jeannie helped with quotes for different options that were right for us, rather than the company.

The installation went very smoothly, the installers were again, polite and very helpful, going through what would go where. They completed on time, with a very professional job.

Overall I really recommend ecocetera for Solar panels. They were a pleasure to work with. I had heard so many bad reports about other Solar companies, it was so nice to work with such a good local company that really did care that we got the best solution that was right for us.

Ecocetera are an outstanding company - they have previously installed panels and battery for us, and recently added a second battery. From initial consultation to switch-on, they were completely professional, and happy to explain every detail, without any pressure. We were given updates on progress of the order, when scaffolding would arrive, etc.
The installation itself was a masterclass in efficiency and precision. The team was punctual and worked with impressive speed and care, minimising disruption and - importantly - making sure we were happy with things like cable routes before they started drilling holes. What sets them apart in my view is their attention to detail; the wiring is neat and tidy, and the entire setup looks clean and professional.
Even after the job was done, they checked on performance and were happy to answer additional questions. We recommend Ecocetera without any hesitation.

Having used Ecocetera for several projects in the past, we were very pleased to find their services continued to be of the highest standard when we contracted them to instal a domestic battery and a further eight PV panels.

We chose Ecocetera as they are local to us and are able to provide European brands of solar panels (Eurener) and Givenergy's newest 10kW high voltage inverter with the 20.4kWh battery stack. The actual installation was fast, and the installation quality is high with attention to detail. Would use their services again and refer them to friends for solar PV systems.

I can highly recommend Ecocetera for solar PV and battery installation. Ecocetera installed our solar PV about 12 years ago and last week they installed a battery system to conplement the solar panels. What a great company. We chose Ecocetera because they are a local, family-run company that we had heard good things about and we were not disappointed. From the beginning of the quoting process we felt listened to and included in decisions around the size of the system and how we wanted it to work for us. Upon accepting the quote, the work was carried out promptly, as discussed, with the scaffolding appearing on the day promised and being taken away just over a week after completion of the job. Each of the workers involved took the time to introduce themselves and all were respectful of our property and how they stored tools and materials on the overnight periods between work. They turned up at the agreed time and always made sure to leave work areas clean and tidy after use. When it was necessary to switch off the power, we had advance warning and it was only for a brief period of time so it didn’t disrupt any working from home days. Communication was via email and all queries were promptly resolved, usually on the same day. Even when we decided to add an extra solar panel in mid-job, this was easily accommodated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ecocetera to anyone looking for a good quality solar system for their property.

Ecocetera were recommended to us. We telephoned them and they soon provided an estimate by email with various options. After talking through pros and cons when they visited our house, we decided on solar cells with the ability to expand with a battery system later on.

Installation of 18 solar panels and a 9.5kWh battery. Ecocetera were one of 3 quotes I got for the work. Ecocetera were the only one who came to view my property before submitting a price. The quotation took slightly longer than the other companies but was within the timescales indicated during their visit.
The lead time for the installation was approx. 10 weeks from the date of the quotation.
I was offered a choice of installation dates and everything went exactly to the times they agreed, from the initial installation of the scaffolding to its subsequent removal.
I was impressed by how smoothly the installation went, the quality of the workmanship and the appearance of the installation.
Overall I am very pleased with how everything went and would definitely recommend Ecocetera to anyone considering a Solar PV installation.

Ecocetera were able to step up to the plate by supplying and fitting battery storage for our solar panel system, which we appreciated after being let down by another firm. Office staff are helpful and friendly and were able to offer a better specification at a lower price than our earlier quote. We felt valued and that our custom was appreciated.

Moreover, they were able to do a better job of analysing our energy usage in order to recommend the optimum capacity of battery storage based on our usage and budget.

Punctual installer, very polite, worked quietly and carefully as is evidenced by the neatness of the wiring all done in good time with no disruption. He answered all our questions after the installation and made sure we understood how to view the battery storage data online.

It's been a very good experience, and we have the confidence of knowing they're close by in the unlikely event we have issues needing attention.
