Brilliant to deal with. 24 hour delivery without breaking sweat was amazing especially in this current climate.

Matt Staples runs an extremely communicative and professional business. Nothing is too much trouble, and he even fast tracked an order for me at very short notice, when my new log cabin arrived early. I would recommend both Matt and his Ecodeck product unreservedly.

Shed base ordered on 13th April and we were told there was currently a 2 week wait for delivery and it arrived on 27th April by DPD, exactly 2 weeks later. Excellent company to seal with very prompt and courteous.

24 panels for £59.99 from Amazon with free postage DPD delivery excellent service all round from the company ecodeck and DPD 5 stars in my opinion if you're putting a base down go for the full base and not just three lines of whatever the shed is 24 panels 4 square metres equals 8 by 6 shed with a little bit over on the edges

The owner was helpful with advice, the product has held up while we set up the base.

Sturdy, large and easy to fit together.
I like the fact they use a dpd courier as the communication is great and there is flexibility to choose a delivery date.

Ordered online. Delivery was prompt and the product looks fine, although not laid yet. But communication from Ecodeckbiz was absolute zero, no order confirmation, no thank you for your order, no order number. The only way we knew our order was being processed was when we heard from the delivery company! Very poor customer service.

Just took delivery of 15 square metres of ecopark 40, to use on a large gravel area next to my existing block paved driveway, This item is just fantastic, as I already had a hard base, all that was required was to move the existing gravel lay the grids and re cover in gravel, simple to assemble and so fast to cover a large area, and the result was instant, no more gravel being dragged onto the pavement when moving my car off the drive, I have a large heavy 4x4 so really delighted with the result !! Fantastic company and product highly recommended

I recently purchased a 8x6 garden shed base from Ecodeck, 9 panels, for £59.99, including free delivery. This was delivered promptly, and was good value. I was about to fit a Westwood shed on this base but found that the base plate of the shed was overlapping by about 3 inches. I contacted Ecodeck with a view to purchasing 2 extra panels to fill the gap. To my amazement they came back to me with a price of £31.99 for these 2 items. My original price of £59.99 means that the panels cost me £6.66 each, and now I am being quoted £15.99 each for them. They have said that because of the size of the panels postage is expensive (£8). I have just checked on My Hermes, allowing a weight of up to 2 kilos,and the size of the panels and the cost to post these items is £4.05.Not very good business in my opinion . So much for buying recycled goods. Further to the reply from Ecodeck I wish to state that I have received around 15 text messages, some of which I answered, and 5 telephone calls from Matthew Staples, Ecodeck owner, regarding the review I placed on Trustpilot. One of these calls was made at 0 8.08 am in the morning.In his last text to me he stated that I am a rude man, and because I had a successful business for almost 30 years that I must have had an accountant helping me. I strongly resent this comment, and it's insinuations. I merely pointed out in my review about the charges the company make when a customer has to purchase a small amount of their panels in comparison to the larger amounts that can be purchased on Ebay, and other sites. I also praised his company for the fast delivery, and value of the larger amounts. I totally disagree that I made a mathematical error. 9 panels for £59.99. 2 panels for £31.99, does not make any mathematical sense. Trustpilot is an excellent place to voice honest opinions about companies, and businesses, so that people can judge for themselves. I stand by the above review, as it is all fact.I also know that it is not nice for companies to receive bad reviews, but the facts are always best, as they do not lie.

Great product. WOuld have got 5 stars but delivery by DPD was hopeless - left me a photo of the house next door when I was waiting for it.

No hassle ordering, despatched the next day and delivered the day after.
The grids are sturdy, were easy to clip together - and cut with bolt cutters where needed.
The apertures are big enough to let light and fish food in, but small enough to deter foxes, cats, dogs and herons.
Very pleased with these- a definite solution to my pond cover.

Got to say Ryan and Callum were helpful , flawless delivery and sales ,

( ps didn’t hit the hubby with it yet )
