I ordered 4 gallons of weed and grass killer on April 25. It had been an over a week and nothing was going on with my order. It hadn’t shipped. I contacted them. No response contacted them again no response after the fifth time of contacting them through email and on their site I finally received an email asking me if I could contact them back after three days if I did not receive it, I still have not received it and no movement on the order. I have contacted them three times after that and nobody has responded. Nobody is doing anything about the order. It is just in limbo. They don’t care and they have not done a thing to help. They’re ignoring my email asking them either send another order or refund my money they refuse to respond.

EcoGarden's products have transformed my garden. I wasn't sure how to use the compost bin properly, so I contacted support. They sent me detailed instructions and some tips. Very helpful!
