Poor Customer Service – Lost Confidence Before Even Placing an Order
I requested two quotations through the company's website and, after waiting five days without a response, decided to give them a call to chase things up.
My first call went straight to voicemail. I tried again approximately 30 minutes later and eventually spoke to someone who seemed completely distracted and struggled to understand even the most basic questions.
The whole experience was frustrating and hardly inspired confidence. If a company struggles to respond to quotation requests and handle a straightforward telephone enquiry, it raises serious concerns about the level of service I could expect after placing an order.
I decided it simply wasn't worth taking the risk and will be taking my business elsewhere.
A disappointing experience and a lost potential customer.
