What was great about eClimb summit was the setup. There was not too many people where you couldn't speak to everyone but there was enough to be constantly talking and learning new things. Additionally, it felt very genuine unlike any other Amazon conference I've attended. Everyone was interested in learning from each other and it didn't feel like an MLM event like many Amazon conferences do.

This was my first experience with Ecollativeglobal but it will certainly not be my last.

Having always been a little bit cynical as to whether a conference will actually deliver valuable, relevant advice, and particularly at a level that you can take away and implement easily, I approached the event I attended with some trepidation.

I think that some 30 minutes into the first presentation the return on investment from the event had already covered my costs. And by the end of the first coffee break I realised that in meeting just five or six of the 30 other attendees I had already established contacts that would help my business long into the future (aside of friendships that are invaluable).

As the conference moved seamlessly through the next two days the value from the people, the presentations and the networking were truly invaluable. This has continued via a regular mastermind, a WhatsApp group and personal calls/socialising.

This was all as a result of the excellent planning, skilful execution, seamless organisation and curating of 7-8 figure attendees and world class presenters by Kayleigh.

Kayleigh is a rarity. She is calm under pressure, has extreme energy levels and focus, excellent interpersonal skills and makes it all seem very easy whilst only taking the microphone to steer us towards more coffee, a social function or to introduce the next presenter. She is innovative, determined and tirelessly seeks to satisfy all of the egos in the room while making all attendees feel calm and happy.
