Best Ecom mentoring around! I have tried a few and wow I was very impressed when I came across ECA. The value for money is incredible. Everyone on the team is so genuine and very experienced. The coaching is very helpful. I appreciate how on top of changes they are, regularly providing updates regarding ai etc. Our business has definitely improved in many ways since joining at the start of this year.

What stands out most is that you're never made to feel like just another number. They genuinely care about you, your business and where your goals. There's always 1:1 help available, whether it's ads, email marketing, strategy or you just need advice. If you tried to hire that level of support separately, it would cost tens of thousands of dollars per month. This alone makes the investment worthwhile.

Rather than trying to do everything all at once and hoping something works, you'll look into your data and metrics and be guided towards the next best step. I find this really helpful when we have so many competing priorities. It really reduces the mental overwhelm.

As someone who loves learning and wants to stay ahead of what's happening in the ecommerce world, I also really appreciate that Brendan is always on the front foot. He's constantly adapting, testing and sharing what's working now.

Working with Brendan and the ECA team has genuinely changed the direction of our business.

I joined the Bootcamp in November 2025, just a few months after launching our Shopify store. We run a local service-based business and had developed a product we genuinely believed in, with the goal of selling it online. But believing in a product and knowing how to actually sell it are two very different things as we realised.

This wasn't our first attempt at ecommerce either. A few years earlier we'd given it a go and never really cracked it. So when I started looking for a coach this time, I was pretty cautious. I actually spent two months in another program first, without much to show for it.

Then I came across Brendan's YouTube channel, and everything started to click.

The results from Bootcamp came quickly. When the opportunity came up, I upgraded to Elite so I could work one-on-one with the coaches, and before long we were profitable.

Demand for our product grew so quickly that we actually ran into manufacturing challenges, which, with the team's guidance, we worked through. Then came the next good problem: strong demand from the US market.

With the team's help, we launched in the USA, and within three months it had become our biggest market. Now we're working towards getting our products into retail stores across Australia.

I also attended the ECA Mastermind recently, and it left me even more excited about where we're heading. Meeting everyone in person, hearing other members' stories, and spending time with the coaches gave me even more confidence that we're building something special.

If you're willing to put in the work, I genuinely can't recommend Brendan and the ECA team enough. Every coach I've worked with has been incredibly generous with their time and knowledge, and it's obvious they genuinely care about seeing their members succeed.

I love the live classes and the online program, but for me, the one-on-one coaching has been the biggest game changer.

Before joining Ecommerce Academy, I ran my online store more like a hobby - making little tweaks here and there and simply trying my best. It didn’t look or feel as professional as I wanted it to, and I knew there had to be a better way to give my product the functional online store it deserved.

I joined Brendan’s Bootcamp first, and I can confidently say that it helped turn my hobby into a business. My store finally had structure. With some persistence and the right guidance, I built a properly functioning store that I was genuinely proud of - and this was reflected in my sales.
