I got the bootcamp plan, I really got all the support I needed to get started. highly appreciated!

I paid, they took my money and wont let me have access! Just call your credit card company report fraud enough people do this they get flagged on all platforms. Credit card company will make people call in to confirm product purchase they close down.

I second the poor subscription experience mentioned here. Ecomhunt would not clearly state there would be automatic renewal, they would not send a reminder emails about upcoming renewal, they would not issue full refund trying to withhould about 25% for services not even provided yet. No way to get a hold of them via chat of phone, no way to get a hold of someone in charge. Leave no option but to start escalating with PayPal or small claims court, but such a waste of time.

Rude customer service, and many glitches inside the actual software. Tried different computers along with different browsers. Sometimes it works, but majority of the times many issues to load page properly or update subscriptions, etc. The data shown too is not the best, feels like hardly updated with changing trends. You could just get it for 1 or 2 months extract the data you need and turn off subsciption. Not good!

I love Ecomhunt, the free courses provided for free on the platform are nice. There are many useful tools.

This website does NOT have a cancel subscription option; they will let you email them to cancel and won't answer. Also, you can't see the payment history. STUPID

I emailed their support team for a subscription cancellation and refund of $204 and they told me they would only partially refund me and took my “Pro” access away and they only refunded me $135. They kept $69 of my money and I’m not even allowed to use the service anymore, which means I’m basically giving them money for free. I asked the lady, Rebecca Leis, who runs the support team emails, if she could refund the entire amount of $204, and she told me the terms of service said it all when I signed up and she didn’t end up helping me with the entire refund. I’m going to open a case with PayPal now. Don’t trust any website that claims to help you do anything in exchange for money! There’s plenty of free resources out there like YouTube.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - their product is inferior, and they keep Charging your card, even when you ask to cancel. they are charging my card right now. I sent hem multiple emails, they even replied, and then they stopped replying.
I am now forced to cancel my bank card. unbelievable!!!!

Stay AWAY..... EcomHunt are Scammers?

Scam. Stay away from these guys. Firstly, their products are very low quality. Looks like they just search on Alieexpress and find products. If I wanted to find products that take 4-6 weeks for my customers to receive with Chinese packaging, I'd just go on Alieexpress and find the products myself. Secondly, their cancellation policy is a straight scam. No option to cancel in your account- you literally have to email them to cancel! I asked for my money back after not using the service at all and they were super rude and dissmisive- no refund. Obviously a scam. Stay away!!

They basically add so much friction to cancel their subscription because else they would have a 0.1% retention rate. Their product isn't wonderful at all and most are gimmicky overly saturated ones. You might as well do your own research on TikTok or Amazon to be honest.

To cancel your subscription, you actually need to send them an email, no easy opt-out button. They play in the grey zone of the law. Have I mentionned that they take forever to answer that email so they can suck out any liquidity for they scam business? Now I did.

Stay away from this one folks.
