I ordered a Changan Deepal S07 on lease and Ross called me on Friday evening ahead of the Monday delivery to introduce himself, let me know where he would be collecting the car from, what time he expected to arrive and roughly how long the journey would take.

On Monday, he called again to keep me updated as traffic had put him slightly behind schedule. Despite that, he managed to make up the time and actually arrived earlier than expected.

When he arrived, he shook my hand, walked me around the car, helped me get everything set up and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional throughout.

What also stood out was the care he took when unloading the car. He was conscious of where he parked and made sure he wasn’t blocking any driveways or causing problems for my neighbours, which says a lot about the way he works.

Overall, Ross made the whole delivery experience far more enjoyable. It would have been very easy for someone to simply drop the car off and rush away to their next job, but he took his time and made sure everything was right before leaving.

A genuinely pleasant experience and a credit to the company. Thanks again, Ross!

Had my Volvo delivered today by this company, and was highly impressed by the service given and care taken by delivery driver Dave B, he gave updates of delivery eta, took time to go round the vehicle with me, and even connected the Volvo app to both me and my wife’s phones, excellent service and clearly takes pride in his work, also I would like to mention his boss Stuart who I spoke with on the phone for his help sorting out a minor issue, promptly and without any drama, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a vehicle delivered. Polite and professional

Gary Yates provided a brilliant end to end experience in the delivery of my new vehicle. He called me the day before to let me know the approximate time I should expect him, based on the time he was hoping to pick it up from the dealership. He then messaged me when he had successfully picked it up and also when he was one hour away, allowing me to be ready for his arrival. I live on a busy main road but carefully backed the backed my vehicle onto the drive with apparent ease. He conducted thorough inspection of the vehicle and encouraged me to do the same. He sat in the vehicle with me and walked me through the basics. He also showed me everything included in the boot. Really happy with the communication and Gary’s knowledge, despite it being a new EV. Thank you

Had my car delivered by Gary Yates after repair. Gary called to advise his departure time and expected arrival time. Gary then sent a text message when he was half an hour away. Gary arrived right on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. Discussed some aspects of the repair etc and spent some time to make sure everything was ok.A true credit to your company.

Today 16/09/26 9:30am - Simon Row delivered my new car!! The customer service I received from Simon was top class. He took the time to take care of my new car by giving her wipe over, checking all was ok and kindly showing me everything about the car. He went above and beyond. Very happy with the service I received and can’t praise Simon enough!
