I would actually give this company no…

I would actually give this company 0 stars. I ordered a test kit from them and paid extra for a delivery time of 1-3 days. I receive the email receipt which said it could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Went to the virtual chat box to explain as I felt this was very misleading. I was told that I had check the wrong box and had already checked the terms and conditions box. That was it, they stop communicating. I sent an email asking for a refund and just received a ‘thanks for shopping with us’ reply. I called the phone number which seemed to be attached to a two word voicemail which I couldn’t even work out. I had spent over £80 with them and they made it very clear they DO NOT CARE about customer service. My complaint was within a matter of hours of the order so they could refunded me. Zero compassion or decent communications.

Update: I have now been issued a refund.

We deeply regret that your first interaction with our company has been defined by frustration, misleading information, and a complete lack of compassion. We understand that you trusted us with an important order totalling over £80, and we failed you at every step.

1. Direct Acknowledgment of Failures:
Misleading Delivery Time: We acknowledge the extreme frustration of paying extra for 1-3 day delivery only to receive a confirmation email stating up to 2 weeks. This discrepancy is a systemic failure on our part, and we are investigating the website/system error that caused this confusion immediately.

Poor Communication: The responses you received from our virtual chat and the dismissive "thanks for shopping with us" email after requesting a refund are entirely unacceptable. We failed to listen to your concern and showed zero compassion.

Non-functional Phone Line: The issue with our phone number’s voicemail is another clear failure of our basic customer service infrastructure.

2. Our Commitment:
You are absolutely correct: your complaint was lodged within hours of the order, and we could and should have immediately processed your refund without complication. Your experience demonstrates that we did not care about your experience, and for that, we are truly sorry.

We hope that our immediate action demonstrates that we are taking your feedback seriously and are committed to earning back the trust we lost. If you wish to discuss this further, please reply to this email, and your response will be handled directly by our Customer Service Director,
