Ecourier has been of great support for us since day one. Rajneesh had helped me for initial set up and since then I have been coordinating with Priyanka for all our orders. Her quick positive responses to all my calls have always been of great help.
We generally use DHL and FedEx for all the orders for quick results and hassle free label creation and pick up.
Have also tried their in-house private service V-can for a few orders too. V-can has cheapest costing compared to other options but the time duration taken for the shipment to reach is too long.
All in all, it has been a great friendly experience working with the ecourier team. Thanks guys. Keep it up.

When ever I need help I talked to Priyanka mam and she help me very much but from last 3 days the support team doesn’t helping me and I talked to Sir Earlier whose name starting from R , afterwards he doesn’t picking up my call I also write an email but didn’t get revert message of it !!

EXCELLENT SERVICE GOOD RATES AND TIMELY RESOULTION OF ISSUES

I'm associated with Priyanka Sharma and Fouzen. They both are very active and received prompt reply. The overall service is Good. One thing disappoints me is that eCourierz team is not replying after 6 pm so if you have any urgent query then also you have to wait for next morning.

They are running this scam company where they take the all money in advance and never deliver the shipment. Don't take their service they have all professional scammers and doing for the urge of looting. STAY AWAY

Found ecourierz when i was looking for some better international shipping options. Priyanka was very helpful right from beginning and responds back swiftly for related queries. Overall a good experience so far. However Delhivery service can be improved. It has taken 8 days to deliver to Mumbai from Tamilnadu which is not acceptable for private courier thats expected to be Swift.

I have been corresponding with Priyanka to provide me information regarding the costs and logistics of my orders and have received excellent customer support. She replies promptly and accurately, which is what every customer needs. I have not yet placed my order due to cost issues as I am in need of international shipping, hence my rating of a 4 star. I am currently comparing prices to find the best price and service for me but so far, eCouriers is competitive with pricing and excellent on customer support. If I do come back here or shipment, i will update my review on the delivery services. Thank you Priyanka for your help.

Excellent service and prompt communication right from pick up in Varanasi to delivery in Australia. The parcel was delivered within the timeframe provided while booking in. Very much recommended !

few improvment areas will be if we get more proactive issue to get sorted or if delivery turn around time can be done in 48hrs .Few more co tie up can be added like Bluedart and looking for International Pincode which will surely a successful model

I have gone through the review but still through to give a chance but all review was absolutely right. this courier is running by scammers they take the package misroute it and then ask for a more money. Please don't use this service pay some more and get a reliable service. All are scammers start from Sales, Operation and owners.
