I ordered a dvd via the crater website and I have to say I was very impressed. It came well packaged and protected so there was no issues at all. I'd be quite happy to use them again. You have to speak as you find, and I gave them 5 stars

I ordered from crater and of course I was actually purchasing from a 3rd party seller after my purchase Ecrater concerning my purchases bc there was no delivery information provided by the seller then I recd a message that I would rec a refund but I have not received the refund stay away from this site

Had to give it 1 star to be able to post a review. 1st and last time I will use e-crater. Purchased a set of dvds for the original series of im a celeb uk. Vendor took the money but that was it. No order confirmation. No communication whatsoever. Thankfully I used PayPal so got my money back. Finally it may be a coincidence but when I logged on to PayPal to arrange the refund I found that someone had tried to log into my account the same day I paid the seller. Buyer beware!!!

Was a bit sceptical at first about using this site but absolutely thrilled with the bargain!! Good communication all down the line and my Hoka boots arrived within a reasonable time.

The best price and the best product for iron deficiency

First time buying on this site, found a product, ordered it, paid by paypal no response, from seller, called basque who disappeared and vanished. Ecrater seems to be unregulated, unaccountability with little regard of any business responsibility. A good place for crime to florish, I would not recommend.

I'm looking for IM biotin ampules injections. Usually sold in Pharmacy setting and only as a prescription item. This one is cheaper and no prescription needed.🧐

I suspect that this is a rogue site. I placed an order over a week ago for a Napoleon 2023 DVD, but according to the US postal system a label has been provided for this order, but nothing has been received by the seller. Best to avoid!!!!!!

I ordered a part for my Maytag washing machine. I have nor recieved the part (it's been 22 days). The seller has not responded nor has eCRATER responded to my complaint. A true scam.

The item took 2 months to arrive. I ordered a women's XXL and what came was more like a small! Even though the policy says it's returnable, they will not allow a return for full amount. Nor will they pay for shipping like the policy says. Total FRAUDS! I recommend not using this company.

Purchased a greeting card software package. Payment taken but no link arrived in my email.

bought a funko pop for £12.23 after 9 days they said they had sold out in e mail and he would return our money . but had put them up big time but . there web page still had them at £12 23 then they change it we .e mailed the seller paub 8346 and told him he was in breach of contract under the consumer rights act. no reply e mailed ecrater but no help they do not care about there customers at all. i was going to write to them but company hse do not have them on there list .avoid ecater bad news

Very happy with the brick ideas jekca lego I recieve from ecrater, I've already built Sully & Mikey from Monsters Inc, now currently working my way through the Toy Story collection, when built they look a perfect match for every character, customer service is excellent too, I highly recommend this company
