A good well-made knife of just the right size to replace a loss. Easy to order and prompt delivery. Very comforting that I knew before it arrived that it was fully legal. Good service and value for money.

Brilliant service, brilliant product

Knife arrived fast but looked like has been used before not that sharp scratches all over. Not happy. I've brought a few items from there sister company knife warehouse and was quite please with what I received.

Awesome build quality, really solid. Nice weight and very sharp! Delivery was very fast as well. Overall i am very happy with my purchase and will probably buy more from edc and start anlittle collection for the apocalypse lol

What a fantastic experience this was. Not ultra smooth hence I had to contact them to ask a question but when I did I was genuinely shocked at the speed of the response and how good it was. It genuinely put my mind at rest. I spoke to a guy called Paul who was first class and when my item did arrive its perfect for my wife and her horse jobs at the stable.

Love my new knife it feels really solid and well made. Delivery was quick too! Cheers guys I'll definitely be buying more for my collection!

I bought the knife for work and it's spot on with it not having a point it's ideal for working at height if dropped

You did send me a bag, wrong colour and a minor tear in the outer material, but a bag it is.

Wrong watch ! Wanted black with black strap - got skull watch with clear strap did not want and finding it hard to return what a mess!

Knife arrived very quickly.
The only thing I'm unsure of is that the knife wasn't sealed. The presentation box wasn't sealed, it had clearly been opened before, and the little plastic bag the knife was in, wasn't sealed. There was also no factory grease on the blade, reviews of this knife mention that there should be. It just gives the impression that this a return, or demo unit. This gives a poor first impression and made me critical of the quality of the knife. The blade isn't centered and has a slight wobble when extended. Is every knife like this, or just this one because its a return?
Do I take it apart, see if I can tighten it?

I'm happy with the knife, but it will forever be tainted in my mind due to this.

Am I being overly critical? Perhaps. It's just that £50 for a pocket knife, I expect a sealed factory unit.

Good reviews when their are no problems are ten a penny, you only ever really find out what kind of company you've dealing with when something goes wrong.
Well a full five stars for EDC warehouse's customer service, Royal mail lost my order, and as soon as EDC found out they immediately overnighted a replacement. Now that's great customer service!
