Never trust a company that copies and pastes only 5 star Trust Pilot reviews on their website. These are scam artists.

I purchased a doll advertised as plush soft cotton handmade and I got a cheap hard plastic doll. I requested a return for refund with shipping at their expense as their policy states it is the customer’s expense “unless the error is by the company” and well, falsely advertising a product IS the companies fault but they won’t knowledge that.

They offered I keep the doll and accept 15% return. Returning it to China from the US is absurd and out of the question. So I’m left with a product that’s less than $5 value that I paid $50 for.

Shopping at Edelmannandco was a breeze. I found the perfect waterproof jacket for my outdoor adventures. The website is user-friendly, and my order arrived promptly. Very satisfied!

Read all the other reviews, they are 100% accurate - it has been a nightmare to return their product. Their product runs small (that is not a big deal), but it is also made from very cheap material. They made the return process a nightmare. I do save everything so when I requested a return, they offered me a 50% discount on something new and keep the product. I didn't want to buy anything else from them, even at a 50% discount, so I said no, and they said I needed to send photos of the product out of the packaging and then in the packaging, and then they wanted proof of purchase, so I had to show them the email they sent me! They also wanted to see the packaging the item was sent in including the envelope that showed it was shipped to me and their return address.
I can imagine someone opening something and tossing the outside box and then wanting to return something that was brand new, never worn, still wrapped in plastic, and this company would say no because they no longer have the original shipping box.
I would say be leery of inexpensive goods because their quality will be poor, but this wasn't even inexpensive. A $70 fleece that has the quality of something sold for $25. And now I have to pay return shipping to China. Avoid this company. I wish I could do a Google review so that when others see it they don't fall for the junk this company sells or get caught in the horrible return process, 10 photos later they finally accepted the return and said that if it is lost in transit, then I would not recieve a refund so I have to use a carrier that has a tracking number to China which is expensive. At this point, I am returning even if the shipping is over half the cost of the product because I am so annoyed with this company and their policies and their CHEAP products.

This website is a Scammer. You will not receive your items, they will send you a fake tracking # only to tell you it was lost. Do not order from them!!!

They shipped me an item that I had not ordered, then made me pay for return shipping. Do not order from here!!

The worse customer service I've ever experienced buyer beware

Ordered a North Edge sports watch for $80 and was sent a cheaper version $25 without the needed features. It was shipped from China and in order to receive a refund I have to pay to ship it back. I was offered a 20% refund to just keep the watch instead of either sending me the correct watch or reimbursing me the difference. No way to talk to a real person. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a helmet Sep. 20 was told it shipped then they contacted me a few days later saying it was lost. Asked for a refund that I don't expect to ever receive. Stay away!!

Completely fake reviews on items. “Genuine leather” boots are smelly plastic fakes that a Dollar store would be embarrassed to sell.
Disconnected phone number on website, no return contact, then if anyone does respond days later they delay you for more days so your “return window “ expires and then too bad.
DO NOT BUY from this SCAM company.

I have not purchased anything from this company, nor will I, since they have fake reviews on their website.
So buyers beware! If they are going to post lies/false reviews on their website, they are up to no good!

I ordered a '4-IN-1 INDUSTRIAL AIR COOLER – HEAVY-DUTY EVAPORATIVE FAN WITH 12-GALLON TANK & ROLLERS | HIGH-CAPACITY COOLING | IDEAL FOR GARAGES & SHOP’ on August 26. It was finally delivered to us almost 3 weeks later; however, it was not the same product that I saw when I placed the order. The specifications and features were completely different. This was a completely different item. They shipped me the wrong product.

They took so long to send us the product and they didn't even give us the right product. And they had the nerve to say that the product arrived in 'GOOD' condition when it wasn't even the right product. They said that they don't give refunds and only do exchanges. I spent almost $335 on a piece of junk not even worth $30.

Never EVER order from them unless you want to get ripped off.

Purchased a helmet two weeks ago to the day. They said it shipped but package was lost, claimed for a week they were gonna send another but haven’t. I asked for a refund and now they’ve stop responding. Their customer service is out of Dingaling China. Place is a scam
