Love the sheets; although they aren’t any softer than any other bamboo sheets and are WAY overpriced, they actually stay on my mattress. Because I have an adjustable bed and have to sleep with my head slightly elevated, I’ve had issues finding fitted bottom sheets that stay on. Even the sheets from Sleep Number don’t work. Anyway, like the sheets, hate the company. When I signed up for marketing stuff and gave them my email and phone number I was given a code for 30% off. So, I decided to buy another fitted bottom and king size pillowcases. When I entered the code I was told that it was invalid.

Pretty pathetic when a company offers a discount but it’s not any good. Needless to say I never placed the order. I will order from another company whose bamboo sheets I have that also stay on but are less than half the price of these.

Updated 8-11-2026: the fitted bottom does NOT stay on my bed. I am really tired of having to put the bottom sheet back on every morning. They lied.

TOTAL waste of money. I have other bamboo sheets that were less than ½ the price that actually DO stay on the bed.

Zero customer service.
I finally bought a queen size bamboo sheet set. The fitted sheet came with black marks at the top, middle and bottom of the sheet. I sent photos and three emails: Jun 26, 2026 , June 30th, and the last email was July 6th, and still, No response. Three emails with photos and no response.

I mistakenly ordered 2 nightgowns and tried to cancel one before they shipped but was told to return when i received. I have sent 5 messages re: returns and never heard back. this is the worst customer service ever! i now have to call the cc company and have them do it for me

The sheets were disappointingly thin, began pilling after one use, and felt nothing like a premium bedding product. The biggest issue, however, has been customer service. Multiple emails and text messages requesting a return were completely ignored. When a company won't stand behind its product or even respond to customers, it leaves little choice but to dispute the charge through the bank. There are far better bamboo sheet options on the market from companies that actually support their customers after the sale.
