Awesome is the only way i can describe Eden Hot tubs, installation was perfect (even though very tricky & a lot of heave_hos) after sales is second to none!

I have recently bought a hot tub for a holiday let in Cornwall, I was recommended Nick and Dan by a friend who has an Eden hot tub and Nick talked me through every detail and all the potential options, he then organised for a crane to deliver and place the hot tub in an awkward position and it was installed very rapidly. I’m super pleased with the results and the follow up service has been first rate!

Eden boasts an impressive showroom, crystal clear communication and guidance, patience and accommodation of an ever changing timeline for delivery, and installation completed with an exceptional level of attention to detail. Every aspect of the service we received from Dan, Nick, Dan and the team at Eden has been above expectations.

Dan and his team, have been brilliant from start to finish, first class service, always answers or gets back to you, gives great advice, we’ve had the hot tub now about 2 years and love it, we have now just had a problem with the temperature, Dan helped me through this and got it sorted, so if your looking for a company that always looks after there customers this is the company. From start to finish Dan and his team were excellent.
My garden access is not easy, but they found away around things and installed the hot tub without issue.

Did exactly what they promised, good value and great quality hot tub. Couldn’t ask for more and wonderful customer service.

Eden Hot Tubs are local so if we have a have a problem they can be contacted in the showroom phone or just a simple message they do get back to you very quickly even on a Saturday night dan the owner is very helpful so is nick and pat who help to install the hot tub and heat pump all 3 of them we do anything they can't tonight help will not go anywhere else in my book top company and top guys

My house wasn't the easiest to get the old hot tub out and new one in but Dan and his team made it run really smoothly. The family are loving the new hot tub especially the Bluetooth speakers. I would highly recommend Eden hot tubs.

Dan and his team were brilliant from start to finish when it came to advice, purchase and ultimately installation of our new wood fired hot tub.

We went with a totally off grid option (to suit our environmental ethos) and Dan couldn’t have been more helpful in guiding us through the process.

The guys that came to deliver and install (a team led by another Dan!) were so friendly and didn’t leave until we were completely happy with everything.

A really great service and we’d recommend Eden hot tubs to anyone.

We’ve been continuously pleased and impressed with Eden hot tubs. We stumbled across them after spending weeks trying to find the most affordable hot tub option that was of decent quality. We found Eden Hot Tubs tucked away close to us and were so impressed with the customer service, the range of tubs and services and the honesty of the team, they really helped us find the right tub that suited our budget and needs. The whole process was so easy and well communicated, the delivery was well organised and reliable and then the after care of helping us set it up and ensuring we have everything we need and everything is working for us. Dan was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and installed the hot tub on the date required. It was a very difficult site , but the team were marvellous and overcame difficulties with commensurate ease.

Dan supplied a great two seater hot tub for our shepherds hut which conforms to the hsg282 guidance for holiday let’s. Installation was easily arranged and after sales service has been great too.
