Happy with our card machine has done as was promised. Recommend

Good card machine saving our busy takeaway lots of money. I didn't want to change before as previous provider was OK but Eden One Group showed me how I could save and I a, happy with everything now.

We have done our fleet tracking through Eden One and Quartix and we are very happy. More features and benefits, slight more per month than our last tracking system, but worth it!

Our new Epos system is great I am happy with Trevor Eden One and Clover system, it is faster and makes our business so much smoother I would happily recommend.

We’re going back to a 1 as again I was given the wrong information and have done the transfer to another company immediately after being told I had to wait 6 months since taking out a 4 year contract through them to be able to get a buy out. ( the law changed the next day not allowing anyone to be contracted in for more than an 18 month period and they didn’t make me aware of this either!) I now have the same terminals which work perfectly and give me all the info I need from the terminal without the need for portals and buying myself a laptop (as I was told to do) and £35 a month cheaper. In reply to this you say the contract was ready in December yet you gave it me to sign on the 5th of January knowing full well the law changed in the 6th. I have paid off £3600 to the providers just to get out of your contract. That’s how badly I think you behaved and would have paid more to distance myself from your company. You need to take responsibility for your unprofessionalism and stop mis selling products that aren’t appropriate to the buyer. You did nothing to help at the time it took a negative review to do that and you still got it wrong.

Really impressive company. I spoke to Trevor at Eden one after they contacted me in August about changing our card machines. They were professional and clear with all the charges. We decided to go ahead, relucutantly having been with another provider for over 10 years, but have been impressed so far. Recommend

Trevor came to see us when we opened our first pub about PDQ machines, we already had some but after speaking to him we realised we could get a better deal. Trevor stuck by us through everything always happy to email us, phone us or text with updates. So when we took over another pub we knew we would go to Trevor for machines for this pub as well and we weren't disappointed.
