I went to Wimbledon clinic for patch…

I went to Wimbledon clinic for patch test for Electrolysis Hair Removal on 28th of January.
Adel said, have to wait 1,5 - 2 month. I called the clinic after 3 month, the lady said have to wait 4-6 month.
I am quiet disappointed, paid Ł 25 for 5 minutes test, and think that is a very high price ( Ł 300/hour)
Today is 10th of June and nobody called me.... this is 5 months on.....
I would not advise go there, this is not a nice services at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
To clarify, the service you originally intended to book has a long waitlist due to its specialist nature and the high demand for our highly skilled practitioners. We’ve been transparent about this on our website, and to avoid confusion, we’ve disabled online booking for that particular treatment. You did, however, book an alternative service that was available to gain an appointment, and as a gesture of goodwill, our therapist accommodated you with a consultation and patch test during that appointment, to avoid a wasted journey for you.
Regarding your comments on pricing: our fees are clearly stated on our website, We pride ourselves on offering a high level of expertise, with a team that brings decades of combined experience and thousands of satisfied clients — many of whom are happy to wait for an appointment.
To clarify any confusion, we do not charge £300 per hour. Our rates are £65 for 15 minutes and £110 for 30 minutes, reflecting the quality and precision of the specialist care we provide.
That said we are assuming — based on your feedback — that you no longer wish to remain on our waitlist. If this is not the case and you would still like to be considered for future availability, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Great value, quick, easy, professional

Have had two sessions of advanced electrolysis with Adele in Wimbledon. Absolutely brilliant - great value and worth every penny! My horrible warts and skin tags have gone. So quick and easy. I'm very happy, thank you Adele! Highly recommend.

Great Staff and wonderful clinic.

I can thoroughly recommend Eden Skin Clinic in Wimbledon and especially one of their very excellent Beauty Therapists: Marinda, she's absolutely fantastic!
I've just on 13/12/2024, completed (after an Initial [and thorough] Consultation, 6 months ago with Marinda) a 'Treatment Plan;' to eradicate and clear my face (mainly the nasal area) of very unsightly red thread veins - the treatment I received was TOTALLY successful. The result achieved was a dramatic improvement to my appearance. I am very, very grateful to Marinda. She is top-class, thorough, measured and confident, in particular I liked her PRECISE skills whilst being treated, you are in 'safe hands' both literally and metaphorically all very re-assuring. I also liked the Pre-Post Treatment advice she gave me - here's a tip: follow the knowledgeable advice being given!
My thanks again to Marinda and Eden Skin Clinic for the wonderful treatment I've recently received.

I found this clinic by chance and am…

I found this clinic by chance and am very happy that is so easy to get to this place in Wimbledon. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Lorraine provide the treatment for removing thread veins and I'm very pleased with the result. I have to wait another 4 weeks for my next treatment, but I already see the difference. Definitely recommend this clinic.
