Do not order from this company. It all sounds fantastic, and their customer service response to emails is very friendly, but 5 months later, including chasing emails, I have had nothing.

We are great full orders from EDENSUPERFOOD they delivered was exactly what they promised and well packaged they are highly recommended ☺️

All I can say is, " I wish I had researched this company and read the reviews before jumping in!

The purchase I made on the 17th January 2026 went without Issue, received the 2 packets plus 1 free about 4 weeks later, at a cost of £45.75, 8 days Later on the 24th January another payment of £58.13 was charged to my CC, then on the 24th February another £58.13 charged to my Card,

From the reviews I've read, and I agree with, this company seems to be a scam, and just another way to take relatively small amounts from your payment method in the hope of you not noticing, Thankfully I picked up on it, and contacted my CC company who have been more than helpful and blocked SP eden reserve, from taking more money from my account, It will take me a few weeks to get reimbursed but I'm confident I'll get my money back, "Do you research before purchasing,

Ordered Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules (2 x 6 months supply for the price of 1). Instead I received 2 x 1 months supply.
When I checked with PayPal I noticed that I had "signed" a monthly subscription - when I had actually opted out of when ordering. It was actually quite easy to cancel this on PayPay, but I would never have noticed it had I not been asking PayPal for a refund. Happily PayPal refunded me immediately.

I had a few questions about the capsules and how to use them, and the team respond quickly with clear answers. Very professional and customer focused service. Everything matched the description perfectly.

Multiple unauthorised transactions and when you try to cancel the subscription the link won’t work

2nd attempt at ordering from this company. Weeks go by and nothing arrives. Complain and you get a kind of response but ni product!

Eden Superfoods stands out for it's consistency and professionalism. Delivery was prompt, and the product quality exceeded expectations. I would confidently recommend their service to others.

Total scam - charged my card and item not received, a week later charged my card double having not subscribed - incredible how they get away with it

SCAM, two weeks have passed and I have not received my product yet they have charged me for another 300! I didn’t realise it was a subscription this is very sneaky of them. They will not refund my money. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Between order and delivery I had to initiate a dialogue on my order. In short: apparently they ran out of stock, but failed to communicate this. On losing patience I asked for return address details so I could return the product on arrival for a refund. Eden offered a 30% refund or If I insisted on returning it would be at my own expense.

I could go on, but the product is readily available from other vendors at comparable prices. So why use Eden?with such poor service in general, poor communication and very poor customer relations. Do yourself a favour and AVOID.

DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT!! First purchase was great (and you can still buy the product from another UK supplier), but this time round, for the same money, I was sent 30 capsules (3 burst) as a 'one month supply', as opposed to 180 capsules. They are also 400mg pumpkin seed oil instead of 3000mg per capsule, so to get the the daily requirement, I would need to take 7 capsules. Their 'one month supply' is now therefore a 4 day supply, same money, in addition to which is is no longer a UK product but comes from China. And surprise surprise, no reply to email now

Blatant theft

I bought garlic tablets for £23.25 a week ago and they have not arrived. This morning my card was charged £46.50 for the same amount of tablets on a weekly subscription that I did not request.
This company is a blatant scam. Avoid like the plague.

I placed an order with Eden over a month ago and have still not received the product I paid for. What’s been even more frustrating is the lack of meaningful communication. Each time I’ve contacted them, I’ve been fobbed off with vague assurances and promises of a refund.

Despite repeatedly asking for refund, nothing has been resolved. At this point, it feels like I’ve been left completely in the dark, out of pocket, and without any accountability from their side.

I’m extremely disappointed and would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering.

Reliable service and basic customer care should not be too much to ask.

l ordered a year's supply buyone get one free in brightly coloured packaging stating 3000mg instead l got 4 months supply with 400mg in a little plastic bag l messaged them and got some ridiculous reply saying that since the advert they had some research and had decided that only 1000mg a day was required l said mine was only 400mg and they said they would rectify this and send me a year's supply on the BOGOF offer needless to say nothing l've since found out they are from China and not regulated so they could contain anything wish l'd read the reviews first if there was a zero star l would give that DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Hoping this review gets read after reading a number of the reviews.
My order actually came quick enough.
I have been taking 1 a day since 19th September this year.
The hair shedding stopped but not a single new baby hair at all.
Actually kinda disappointed.
Decided to start taking 2 a day recently but in all honestly I'm switching hopefully soon to a supplement called Hairburst Advanced. I use the shampoo and conditioner which are gorgeous to smell, thicker admittedly but I actually trust Hairburst.
For those of you who didn't know "Ellie" is AI. I ask questions which you have to and yes it was actually confirmed the products are shipped from China. I used Messenger to communicate. My messages were getting ready till recent and I was getting responses, now I just get an emoji, or such like.
The pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto are quite a big hype and they are cheap through Eden Superfoods (well cheaper than all the other sites.
So on a final note I would highly recommend looking at the Hairburst website, but cheaper to buy Holland & Barrett, Boots or a site called Face the Future (West Yorkshire company).
I have done a lot of research and still tweaking with products.
Collagen is a necessity might I add and there are good products out there. Just please research.

I did recieve my product, byt didnt recieve an email confirmation of order. This spammed my instagram unfortunately. It is not suitable for vegitareans as contains gelatine. The softgel ingredients are not included. A generic reply from Ellie was recieved. Having read the below I would not trust the product and unsure if I should even use it after all that.

Wish i had read reviewed before buying, still waiting for an order over 2 weeks later and no response from customer service. Hope they are ready for a legal dispute!

I messaged them back in August asking them to confirm whether their product is made in and/or shipped from China. Message was read immediately but no response.
I followed up a month later asking when I would get a response, someone called Ellie answered all friendly and nice, oh how can we help you today, 'I can't see any message from you in August it may be a Facebook bug', no it's not a bug, you just refuse to answer the question amd obviously deleted my message! I copied and pasted the message again, zero response. I've followed up twice, all read and all ignored. They will only engage with you when they think youre about to spend money. They will not tell you where the product is made.

All I can deduce from this is that the product comes from China, is likely not safe/legitimate, and the company has no integrity or honesty about it's trading.

Avoid at all costs, the product is likely not safe or ethical.
