I have been a member of this tipping service for a couple of years. No plan to leave it. Their system really works - so much so, I have managed to get banned or restricted on several Betting Apps (the mongrels hate it when you win). I now place all of my bets with Betfair (they like it when you win). Keep up the good work guys. So good to be withdrawing funds most weekends.

The signals have been really good. Have been making stably few hundreds every week! Thank you!

What a joke of a customer service experience!

I am on the highest platinum package, including the bot connection with betmatic. According to the description of the product, that means I get all 7 days tips. Well, today, a tip came through that wasn't sent through to the bot. After investigating to make sure I had my facts right (they were), I contact EA Support to ask why the tip wasn't sent through the bot given that I'm meant to have all 7 days of tip notifications with bot connection.

They completely absolved themselves of any responsibility for the tip package descriptions on the betmatic website and stated that they are both separate entities, and as such, any misrepresentations on the betmatic site about their products have absolutely nothing to do with them, and my beef should be with betmatic.

Great - contacting betmatic (who are a little better than that with their customer service), they've checked, and EA has sent them a message asking them to update the descriptions (oh, that's funny), and betmatic advises, as you would expect in any sort of common sense for this situation, that the current (and incorrect) description is not one invented by them. Of course it is EA that wrote the description in the first place.

Neither disappointed nor happy, but more happy.

So where do I start? I’ll try and be as precise as possible so that the owners of EdgeAlerter can fix some issues on their end AND anyone interested can make an informed decision.

Now before I get into the negatives, I will say that out of all of the other systems or “pro” punters offering their picks, EdgeAlerter is by far better, hence my 3 start rating, but there’s a couple things that really let it down for me.

First thing: the assumption of a 90% conversion rate of Bonus Bets which they use in their historical data which under exaggerates the losses you have made on the particular race day. I believe if they’re accurate with those results people could make a more informed decision.

My suggestion would be to note the races that receive a Bonus Bet as a loss and the Bonus Bets that are correct as wins (which they do). This is more transparent.

Secondly: the rules state that if you have a Bonus Bet of >$20 then you should split in 4 (if I’m not mistaken), assuming you're staking $50 on each race, and you receive a bonus back, then split that into 4, you get $12.50.

The Bonus Bets that win are on the assumption of a $50 bonus bet placed, but that goes against their “rules”. This could be something that obviously can be fixed by the customer over time when they’ve placed enough bets on the races to be able to place a $50 BB.

From the numbers that I ran for 30 weeks, for the Saturday races, you DO make a profit. All of my assumptions were $50 stake on races and $12.50 on the Bonus Bets. This also includes their place strategy, profits too. So again, Edgealerter is performing FAR better than others.

The only issues I had were the ones stated above.

Also, wasn’t a fan of the Wednesday races stats, I only did 15 weeks of data analysis and there was a loss, with the same assumptions as above.

Not a fan of the others days too, most were losses.

I feel that I will give it a try down the line again, I hope my experience doesn’t come across as doom and gloom. I believe that if you stay diligent and keep chipping away that you CAN be profitable, but don’t expect to become some multimillionaire, it’s a good little extra tax free pocket money.

As most of the ‘recent’ reviews highlight the quoted numbers are well off the mark. I don’t believe it’s a scam I just don’t think they are very good at what they do. The marketing and presentation is first rate however the 30% profit is not even close to reality.

I’ve been a member for over 3 months and have not returned positive numbers overall. It takes up a huge amount of time and if you subscribe to all the racing tips (Monday to Friday with Wednesday and Saturday being the main days) it will be hours upon hours a week glued to a screen. The tips come in seconds before the event begins so I guarantee you’ll miss some and as luck has it, it will likely be one of the rare winners for a day.

The bet price edge alerter quotes is always 10-15% above the market rate which also inflates the monthly figures they report on. You’ll also be punted from all the betting platforms within a matter of weeks if you’re a newish user, utilising the basic system they prescribe limiting your ability to bet for fun down the line.

Do it yourself using the bonus bet system and you won’t be any worse off and you’ll also save $100 plus a week. Finally you’ll also have a hard time unsubscribing. There isn’t a way to do it online and their telegram customer service won’t respond.

A slick online operation that doesn’t deliver. Overall disappointing. Worth a try but I wouldn’t recommend this service.

False and misleading profit figures.

Just completed the 7 day trial ( 7/4 -14/4) and find the results you posted a bit misleading . You stated a profit of $1148 for the week on racing assuming a conversion of Bonus bets to cash at 90%, this would be correct if you achieved the conversion rate during the trial . The actual return for the trial period was:
$430 cash positive and -$350 in bonus cash as you achieved 11 bonus cash back and invested 18 which all lost ..
Please keep your figures correct and relevant to reflect the true outcome of the trial .

I've been a member of Edge Alerter for over 2 months now and the experience has been great. Over time it sort of feels like you are getting odds of $2:20 on the flip of a coin as opposed to the $1:85 you would normally expect. Edge Alerter is simply Brilliant.

I have been using Edge Alerter since Nov22. I have been betting on the horses for over 40 years and have never won consistently, always being a 'mug' punter.
